Abstract

Tepung Mocaf saat ini merupakan produk unggulan dari Kabupaten Sumedang, untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan sebagai upaya pengembangan produk. Berkaitan dengan kepentingan Pendampinga Usaha maka dipilih dua (2) kelompok usaha yang sebelumnya merupakan binaan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana Republik Indonesia yaitu kelompok Sarasa (pembuatan tepung mocaf) dan kelompok Mekar Harapan (pembuatan aneka produk olahan tepung mocaf di Kabupaten Sumedang. Program Pendampingan Usaha yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan capacity building dan technical asisstance, dengan fokus pada ; Peningkatan kapasitas kemampuan manajerial organisasi, Peningkatan kapasitas kemampuan teknik produksi dan teknik pengolahan limbah pasca produksi, Peningkatan pemasaran, Peningkatan modal usaha, Peningkatan jaringan bisnis, Sinkronisasi dengan program pemerintah atau SKPD terkait. Perkembangan kinerja usaha dari kelompok Sarasa Kabupaten Sumedang yang mana pada saat sebelum dilakukan Pembinaan Pendampingan ekonomi Kinerja Usaha, Kelompok Sarasa hanya memiliki 71 poin dari 123 poin atau 57,72 % . PPE yang diberikan sebagai bentuk perlakuan dalam membantu meningkatkan kemajuan kelompok Sarasa mampu meningkatkan kinerja kelompok menjadi 107 poin dari 123 poin kinerja ideal atau sekitar 86,99 %. Peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yaitu 29,27 % terhadap kinerja usaha kelompok Sarasa. Perkembangan kinerja usaha dari kelompok Mekar Harapan Kabupaten Sumedang, di mana sebelum dilakukan Pendampingan Usaha Kinerja Kelompok Mekar Harapan hanya memiliki 73 poin dari 127 poin atau 57,48 % . Pendampingan Usaha yang diberikan sebagai bentuk perlakuan dalam membantu meningkatkan kemajuan kelompok Mekar Harapan mampu meningkatkan kinerja kelompok menjadi 121 poin dari 127 poin kinerja ideal atau sekitar 95,28 %. Peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yaitu 37,80 % tehadap kinerja usaha kelompok Mekar Harapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan sebuah strategi pengembangan sektor perikanan tangkap dengan menggunakan modelEkonometrika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merumuskan Model Produktivitas dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Perikanan Tangkap.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Analisis dilakukan dengananalisis persamaan simultan Harga dan Upah untuk melihat peningkatan Produktivitas dengan adanya transfer teknologi. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi transfer teknologi di sektor perikanan yang menyebabkan peningkatan produktivitas dan penyerapan tenaga kerja, atas dasar hal tersebut maka dirumuskan strategi pengembangan sektor Perikanan.Kata Kunci : Model, Produktivitas, Perikanan, Harga, Upah

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the Application of Prudential Principles in Ba'i Bitsaman Ajil Financing and its Problem Mitigation in Baitul Maal Wattamwil. Descriptive data using a qualitative approach. Collecting data collected through interviews, observation and documentation on the data at BMT Dana Ukhuwah. The results show that the application of the principle of prudence in the financing of Ba'i Bitsaman Ajil at BMT Dana Ukhuwah involves aspects of maximum funding limits and the principles of 5C and 1S in the guidelines for financing BMT Dana Ukhuwah practically only 3C (character, capacity, collateral). In addition, BMT Dana Ukhuwah asked Nomort to introduce a pension scheme to fix problematic financing as one of the triggers and increase Bai Bitsaman Ajil's support. The benefits of research for scientific progress and actual data on Islamic economics are related to the application of the precautionary principle to the funding of Ba'i Bitsaman Ajil, and serve as guidelines. Apart from being useful as information and input for further evaluation of the application of the precautionary principle in Ba'i Bitsaman Ajil funding so that it can be used as an assessment material by BMT Dana Ukhuwah and other cooperatives to mitigate probelamtic financing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher job satisfaction, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance, to determine the effect of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance mediated by teacher job satisfaction. The population in this study were 1156 teachers with the research sample involving 200 teachers. The research method used in this research is explanatory research, while the data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23 and SPSS 21 software. The results show that (1) knowledge sharing has an effect on teacher job satisfaction. 2) knowledge sharing affects teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction affects teacher performance.

Abstract

The implementation of occupational safety and health carried out by all employees must be oriented to completion of work. This study was designed to describe work safety and work safety at PT. Indonesian Railways. Data collection techniques used in this research are conducting field studies by direct monitoring, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is an interactive analysis that begins with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion conclusions obtained about the facts that occur in the field. Research results Obtained from that, the implementation of occupational safety and health programs at PT. Indonesian Railways was not carried out due to lack of facilities and the minimal number of participants participating in the training.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the development of cooperatives in West Java at present, projections of the development of cooperatives in West Java in 2019 and the contribution of cooperatives to the economy of West Java.  The research methods used are explanatory research, data collection conducted by surveys, interviews, observations, and FGD and using a simple regression analysis approach of secondary data sourced from BPS, Kemenkop , Dinas KUKM West Java province. The results of the study show that the condition of cooperatives in terms of quantity in West Java can now be said to deteriorate. Inactive cooperatives are far more than active cooperatives. Whereas in previous years, namely in 2015-2017 active cooperatives dominated more than inactive cooperatives and West Java cooperative contributions to state revenues were still relatively small.

Abstract

USP IV KKB IKOPIN is one of the savings and loan units of  Koperasi Keluarga Besar (KKB) which is located in the Jatinangor College Area, Sumedang. There are various types of loans/credits at USP IV KKB IKOPIN, including short-term loans, long-term loans, electronic goods loans and pawn system loans. All these loans/credits are intended to meet the needs of members, namely Lecturers, Employees, Cleaning Services and IKOPIN Students. The research objective to be achieved is to find out how the procedure for granting credit, saving credit and the effectiveness of the bad credit management control system at USP IV KKB IKOPIN using interview research methods to resource persons and collecting cooperative data. From the results of the study, it was found that the effectiveness of control is measured by the application of the 5C principles (character, capacity, collateral, condition of economic and capacity), and USP IV KKB IKOPIN has implemented all of these principles. If there are bad loans, the cooperative will rescue it by rescheduling, namely extending the repayment period, restructuring and confiscation of collateral if there is no good faith and members are unable to repay the loan.Keywords : Sistem pengendalian manajemen pemberian kredit, kredit macet, koperasi simpan pinjam

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the infrastructure needs for Street Lighting Equipment (APJ), analyze financial performance Government Bandung Regency area, and the Government Cooperation with Business Entities (PPP) scheme in providing APJ infrastructure in Bandung Regency. The local government is only able to provide less than half of the funding. For this reason, it is necessary to look for other alternative sources of funding in funding its infrastructure needs. Through literature and policy/regulation studies, one of the alternatives that is expected to be an important model for providing infrastructure is the Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme in which the private sector can participate in providing infrastructure starting from the aspects of funding, design, construction, operation, to maintenance. infrastructure based on cooperation agreements. To support this PPP program, the Government of Bandung Regency through the Ministry of Finance has provided fiscal facilities at each stage of the PPP project implementation for the provision of APJ infrastructure.

Abstract

The government has enacted the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 20 Year 2008 which discusses Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This legislation directs to overcome external problems faced by MSMEs and facilitates the opening of business opportunities in a manner. The researcher is interested in researching the Dairy Cattle Farmer's Business Environment on Cooperative Positioning and Its Implications toward Marketing Performance. This study aims to provide an overview of the development of dairy cattle business in West Java Province. This study uses a survey method which is a research method utilized to extract facts from existing symptoms and seek factual information (Nazir, 2005). In the survey method, data is collected from a sample of the population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The result of this study can be concluded that the external business environment, cooperative positioning affect the marketing performance of dairy farmers in West Java Province.
