Abstract

Abstrak : Transportation has a very broad role and importance for the economic development of the nation. Developments in science and technology especially in the field of traffic and transportation, it not only provides benefits and positive influence on the behavior of people's lives, but it can also have negative impacts, such as the emergence of problems in areas such as traffic accidents. The government through the Law. 34 Year 1964 on Road Traffic Accident Fund provides insurance benefits for victims of traffic accidents, which in this implementation is left to the PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero). Duties and responsibilities are to collect funds from the public through donations compulsory motor vehicle owners are performed each year, and thereafter is channeled back to the community through the insurance compensation to the victim or the victim's heirs, which aim to reduce the burden of costs due to road traffic accidents, which given the amount of compensation has been set in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Decree No. 36/PMK.010/2008 of Great Benefit and Contribution Compulsory Road Traffic Accident Fund. Abstract

Covid19 is a disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). As a result, the respiratory system becomes disrupted. The spread of this disease is very easy through droplets. The use of masks is one way to prevent being attacked by this virus. The system for detecting the use of masks is very necessary for today in detecting whether someone is wearing a mask. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a method that can be used to detect masks. In this study, the VGG16, Resnet50, and MobileNet models will be used. Before conducting data training, data preprocessing and data augmentation were carried out on the dataset. The test accuracy of the VGG16, Resnet50, and MobileNet models are 96% and 96% and 98%, respectively. From the test results, it is found that the MobileNet model is more appropriate in the case of mask detection. The conclusion obtained is the use of the MobileNet architecture, the resources used for classifying can be reduced compared to other architectures. MobileNet uses the Depth-Wise Separable method in the computing process which reduces the computational process.

Abstract

Community service through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program is one way for students to contribute to overcoming various problems faced by society. One of the problems encountered in Tanjung Limau Village is land disputes. Land disputes are a problem that often occurs in various regions, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This conflict can arise due to unclear ownership status, overlapping claims, or government policies that do not support the community. This research aims to determine the process of resolving land disputes in Tanjung Limau Village through mediation. Tanjung Limau Village, located in Muara Badak District, Kutai Kertanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province, faces complex land disputes. Many residents do not have legal proof of land ownership, such as a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) or Statement of Physical Land Control (SPPFBT). This triggers endless disputes in society. This research uses research methods with a sociological juridical approach. Data was collected through observations and interviews with village officials, RT heads, and residents of Tanjung Limau Village. The data was then processed using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show that many land disputes in Tanjung Limau Village are resolved through mediation. Mediation was chosen because it was considered more effective and efficient than litigation. Legal education with the theme "Legal Awareness in Mediating Land Disputes" was held to increase public understanding of the importance of mediation in accordance with legal procedures. This research found that the option of resolving land disputes through mediation has advantages because it can lead the parties to the realization of a permanent and sustainable peace agreement. Mediation is also an important step to be taken by parties involved in court proceedings, so that it can reduce the burden of cases in court and strengthen the function of court institutions in resolving disputes.
