Abstract

School management is an activity that is carried out effectively and efficiently to improve school performance, including learning Islamic religious education. Therefore it is necessary to affirm that school management will be more organized and focused on goals. Schools that run a good managerial system will certainly pay attention to the quality of education in them so that learning in these schools will run optimally. The object of this research is Islamic education learning in schools with good school management. The research methodology used is qualitative research methods with descriptive methods. The findings in this study show that schools that carry out affirmation of school management will be able to encourage the success of Islamic Education learning in these schools.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum yang memberikan kebebasan kepada Sekolah untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuannya sesuai dengan sarana, input serta sumber daya yang di miliki, serta memberikan kemerdekaan kepada guru untuk menyampaikan materi yang essensial dan urgen. Dan yang paling penting lagi adalah memberikan ruang yang luas dan bebas bagi peserta didik untuk lebih memaksimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya agar memperoleh hasil pendidikan yang maksimal. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka sangat relevan dengan mata pelajaran PAI sebab pembelajaran dilakukan dengan bertahap dan berkesinambungan antara fase satu ke fase yang lain. PAI harus disampaikan secara bertahap dan menyeluruh serta dimulai dari hal yang paling dasar yaitu penanaman akidah yang kuat baru kemudian berlanjut ke ranah yang lainnya. Kemampuan guru PAI dalam menentukan tujuan pembelajaran dari capaian pembelajaran yang ditentukan sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran PAI kepada para siswa. Guru harus melakukan pemetaan kemampuan siswa dengan cermat sebelum menentukan materi essensial yang akan diambil untuk pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran PAI akan berhasil dengan baik
