Abstract

Every company will need a sales information system for a business due to increased effectiveness in competitive advantage by adding to the products and services it produces. In addition, the company's sales information system is very influential because the company will later need this information for its operations for decision making, calculating basic costs, and so on. Therefore, the objectives to be achieved in this study are (1) to find out the problems of the accounting system run by the company, and (2) to find out the sales accounting information system at PCP Express Surabaya, both cash sales and invoices/credits. From the results of the analysis carried out, it can be locked that: (1) PCP Express Surabaya already has a computer-based accounting system for cash/cash sales and invoices/credits, and (2) problems in the implementation of cash sales accounting systems that still require development, (3) Internal control at PCP Express Surabaya is quite good because of the implementation of application and segregation of duties.

Abstract

M3L Fried Chicken merupakan usaha dibidang kuliner yang menyediakan makanan cepat saji. Semakin berkembangnya zaman  mengakibatkan perubahan gaya hidup dan pola konsumsi masyarakat, kesibukan yang padat dan pendapatan masyarakat yang meningkat akan menyita banyak waktu dalam sehari-hari itulah alasan mengapa makanan cepat saji lebih praktis dan efektif. Begitupun dengan pelaporan keuangan yang semakin lama semakin berkembang dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis teknologi digital. Dengan adanya sistem teknologi yang semakin berkembang memudahkan kita dalam hal pembuatan pelaporan keuangan sehari-hari sehingga pekerjaan akan cepat selesai dan mininya kesalahan saat pembuatan laporan keuangan. Itulah alasan penulis melakukan penelitian ini yaitu M3L Fried Chicken masih menggunakan pembuatan laporan keuangan secara manual atau menggunakan media kertas sebagai penulisannya. M3L Fried Chicken is a culinary business that provides fast food. The development of the times has resulted in changes in people's lifestyles and consumption patterns, busy schedules and increasing people's incomes will take up a lot of time in everyday life, that is the reason why fast food is more practical and effective. Likewise, financial reporting is increasingly developing using a digital technology-based system. With a technological system that is increasingly developing, it makes it easier for us to make daily financial reports so that work will be completed quickly and there will be fewer errors when making financial reports. That is the reason the author conducted this research, namely M3L Fried Chicken still uses manual financial reporting or uses paper media as its writing.
