Abstract

This study aim to determine The Effect of Job Statisfaction, Motivation dan Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with participative leadership style as an intervening variable on the Employees of PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 section / production employees at PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. The analytical tool used in this study is the path analysis technique (path analysis) with the help of software for the operating system called SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sience) version 25.0. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation also influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), participative leadership style influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), In addition, job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and participative leadership style have a direct and indirect influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction with compensation as an intervening variable. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 95 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses SEM analysis. Based on the results of research with a hypothesis testing variables transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction with compensation as an intervening variable. From the PLS test results, it is known that transformational leadership style has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Competence has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Transformational leadership style has a direct effect on Compensation, Organizational Culture has a direct effect on Compensation, Competence has a direct effect on Compensation and Transformational leadership style, organizational culture and competence have an effect on job satisfaction through compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones partially and simultaneously for students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences UMSIDA. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences UMSIDA. The research sample was obtained using a stratified random sampling technique that is calculated using the Slovin formula, which is as many as 100 respondents. The research data were obtained using a questionnaire technique and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality, service quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones for students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences UMSIDA. Highlights: Product quality, service quality, and brand image influence purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones among UMSIDA students. Quantitative research approach with 100 respondents from the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences. Multiple linear regression analysis reveals a positive and significant effect of product quality, service quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between individual characteristics, competence, and communication on employee performance, with work productivity as the mediating variable. The aim was to explore the effect of these factors on both work productivity and employee performance in the context of UKM Handoko Commodity Adventure. Non-probability sampling using the Saturated Sampling method was employed, and data was analyzed using path analysis with the SPSS application. The results revealed significant associations between individual characteristics, competence, and communication with both work productivity and employee performance. Furthermore, work productivity was found to mediate the relationship between these factors and employee performance. These findings shed light on the critical role of individual characteristics, competence, and communication in enhancing work productivity and employee performance, suggesting the importance of targeted interventions and strategies for optimizing organizational outcomes. Highlights: Individual characteristics, competence, and communication significantly influence employee performance and work productivity. Work productivity acts as a mediator between individual characteristics, competence, communication, and employee performance. Understanding and optimizing individual characteristics, competence, and communication can unleash employee performance and enhance work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the timeliness of financial reporting on the internet. By examining a diverse sample of companies, we explore the impact of various company characteristics on reporting timeliness, with a focus on Return On Investment (ROI) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER). Additionally, we examine the role of the board of directors and the board of commissioners in shaping reporting timeliness. Our findings reveal that company characteristics have a significant effect on reporting timeliness, with the exception of ROI and DER. Furthermore, the board of directors is found to exert a substantial influence on reporting timeliness, whereas the board of commissioners does not exhibit a significant impact. These results shed light on the critical factors influencing financial reporting practices in the digital age and hold implications for regulators, investors, and practitioners seeking to enhance the efficiency and transparency of financial reporting processes on the internet. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of service quality, price, and location on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable, in the context of a barbershop during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a quantitative approach, data from 100 respondents who visited Elcapitano barbershop in Sidoarjo were collected through purposive nonprobability sampling. The research employs path analysis via Smart PLS 3.0. The findings reveal that service quality significantly influences customer loyalty, while price has no significant effect on loyalty, and location also does not impact loyalty. Furthermore, service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction, and location influences customer satisfaction. Lastly, customer satisfaction is shown to have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Specifically, service quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, whereas price does not affect loyalty through satisfaction, and location affects loyalty through customer satisfaction. These findings offer valuable insights for barbershop owners and similar businesses in enhancing customer loyalty during challenging times, such as a pandemic. Highlights: Mediating Role of Customer Satisfaction: This study underscores the crucial role of customer satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between service quality, price, location, and customer loyalty. It highlights how a satisfied customer base is essential for building loyalty. Impact of Service Quality: The research emphasizes the significant influence of service quality on customer loyalty, underscoring the importance of providing high-quality services to retain and attract loyal customers.
