Abstract

This research is expected to be able to find out in more details what problem are actually faced by the teachers of Al-qur’an. This study aims to determine the implementation of tahfidz Al-qur’an learning management in improving the quality tahfidz al-qur’an and tartil of the students. There are five components that are measured in this study, they are: planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and the teachers role in carrying out thafidz and tartil learning activities. This implementation of this research used descriptive qualitative method. Researchers want to focus on finding out how the implementation, process, response, teacher’s role and evaluations are expected and sought. In this study of course hools. It is hoped that it will be able to provide spliyions to others quranic teachers but each research can give different result. During the implementation of the research, these obstacles must have included some children who memorized a lot but were weak in reading ability, there were children who were good at reading but weak in memorizing this could be due to different educational backgrounds. There were children who graduated from public and private elementary schools. This research is done in SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Sidoarjo. And the research subjects are: the headmaster, vice principal, tutor, administrative staff and some students. This research using qualitative descriptive method. And the data is collected by interviews, observation and documentation. From this research can be concluded that 1)tahfidz al-qur’an learning curriculum has not been implemented in the form of syllabus or RPP 2) tutor hasn’t created yet RPP but has already inform to the students what surah or juz must be memorized 3) the learning implementation is held outside of school hours 4) the evaluation activity is held in every the student memorize .

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of strengthening the character of students in the face of societal cultural disruption in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Around the 2010s the idea of the industrial revolution 4.0 was launched with intellectual engineering (artificia intelligence) and the internet of things as the main foothold for the connectivity of human struggles with machines. The main principle in this revolution is that it is easy, cheap, fast and accessible anywhere (simple, cheaper, faster and accessible). Therefore, the industrial revolution 4.0 is understood as a new civilization that will present opportunities as well as challenges for humans and their lives, especially the younger generation (millennials). as an agent of social change and a milestone in the history of life. The digitization of information has opened up very broad and even unlimited opportunities for every human being to access information and communicate and interact quickly and easily at a very low cost. While on the other hand the industrial revolution 4.0 will fundamentally cause a change in mindset (mindseat) and behavior and even identity as a human being. This era will also disrupt various human activities, such as economic, political, social and even religious issues. Al-Qur'an-Based Character Education as a solution to prepare and fortify humans, especially the younger generation (millennials) in interacting and communicating through digitalization of the virtual world by sticking to noble values sourced from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Prophet Muhammad SAW Tulisan ini membahas tentang pentingnya penguatan karakter siswa dalam menghadapi disrupsi budaya masyarakat di era revolusi industri 4.0.   Sekitar tahun 2010an gagasan revolusi industri 4.0 ini diluncurkan dengan rekayasa intelektual (artificia intelegensia) dan internet of thing sebagai pijakan utama bagi konektivitas pergumulan manusia dengan mesin. Prinsip utama dalam revolusi ini adalah mudah, murah, cepat dan terakses dimanapun (simpler, cheaper, faster dan accessible) Oleh karena itu  revolusi industri 4.0 difahami sebagai sebuah peradaban baru yang akan menyuguhkan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi manusia dan kehidupannya terutama generasi muda (milenial) sebagai agen of social change dan tonggak penentu sejarah kehidupan. Digitalisasi informasi telah membuka kran kesempatan dan peluang yang sangat luas bahkan tanpa batas (unlimited)  bagi setiap manusia untuk mengakses informasi dan berkomunikasi serta berinteraksi dengan cepat dan mudah dengan biaya yang sangat murah.  Sementara disisi yang lain revolusi industri 4.0 secara fundamental akan menyebabkan berubahnya pola pikir (mindseat) dan prilaku bahkan jati dirinya sebagai manusia. Era ini juga akan mendisrupsi berbagai aktivitas manusia, seperti masalah ekonomi, politik, sosial bahkan agama. Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Al-Qur’an sebagai salah satu solusi untuk menyiapkan dan membentengi manusia khususnya generasi muda (milenial) dalam beinteraksi dan berkomunikasi melalui digitalisasi dunia virtual dengan tetap berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai luhur yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah Rasulullah Muhammad SAW
