Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektifkah aplikasi sistem informasi pemantauan tindak lanjut yang dibuat oleh BPK RI dalam melakukan pemantauan tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi bersama Kementerian Pertanian sebagai salah satu entitas dari BPK RI yang menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi pemantauan tindak lanjut, pihak divisi EPP yang mengerti serta paham mengenai tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan dan salah satu auditor BPK RI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi sistem informasi pemantauan tindak lanjut telah efektif dan rekomendasi yang telah ditindaklanjuti serta divalidasi oleh pejabat terkait mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and employee job satisfaction with the variables of competence, innovation and work culture on employees at the Research Institute for Ornamental Fish Culture. The sample of respondents in this study were 84 employees and the sample selection used was through a questionnaire with a sample of all employees. Using quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that employee competence has no effect on customer satisfaction, work culture has significant effect customer satisfaction, employee competence has an effect on job satisfaction, employee innovation affects job satisfaction, employee work culture has an effect job satisfaction, customer satisfaction effects job satisfaction, and competence, innovation and work culture simultaneously through Job satisfaction has no effect on customer satisfaction at the Ornamental Fish Cultivation Research Institute. Abstract

This study examined the influence of independence and professionalism on the quality of investigation audit. This is a survey study conducted in the Law Enforcement Agencies in Indonesia, consisting of the Indonesian National Police, the Attorney General's Office, and the Corruption Eradication Commission. The unit of analysis is their investigators as respondents. The research instrument was built base on the operationalization of variables developed by previous research. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM) techniques. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that independence and professionalism have a significant positive effect on the quality of investigation audit. The model in this study can be used to measure the quality of investigation audit from the perspective of independence and professionalism.
