Abstract

The development of industries engaged in personal care is increasing rapidly. This is how we see from the level of demand for dating treatment is increasing. Anti-aging products, one of which is Pond's Age Miracle is one of the products sought by especially women where this product is one of the number one anti-aging products in Indonesia where it always innovates its products. The purpose of this study was to test the influence of factors such as product quality, price, and promotion of purchase decisions with brand image as variable moderating in Pond's Age Miracle products. This study was obtained through filling out questionnaires with a sample of 12o respondents with purposive sampling criteria, and then tested to measure consumer perception through the SEM model with PLS. Test results from this study showed that purchasing decisions were significantly influenced by product quality and price factors but not by promotion. In addition, the results also showed that brand image was able to moderate the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on Pond's Age Miracle product purchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on loyalty and work motivation in Bumimas Permata Group Companies. This research design is a causal study (cause and effect) with quantitative research. The target population in this study were 121 employees of the Bumimas Permata Group company, namely they were either directly or indirectly under the leadership of the researcher. The researcher uses the Non Propability Sampling method by using a saturated sampling technique on the census of 121 employees within the Bumimas Permata Group company. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion shows that there is a significant influence of leadership style on work loyalty, there is a significant influence of leadership style on work motivation, there is a significant influence of work loyalty on work motivation and there is an influence of leadership style on work motivation with work loyalty as a mediating variable in Bumimas Permata Group company.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to measure the implementation of safety management for nurses' work safety culture with a cross-sectional design that analyzes the implementation of nurses' safety management for nurses' safety culture in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Kuwait's Sabah Hospital. The research sample was 110 nurses who worked in 2 Covid-19 female inpatient rooms and 2 Covid-19 male inpatient rooms using the total sampling method. Collecting information by using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the study on the perception of OSH management in the nurse's work safety culture personal dimensions of 42.79 (68%) with good category, behavioral dimensions of 44.51 (69%) in good category, and organizational dimensions of 36.57 (56%) with poor category. The results of OSH aspects that affect the implementation of OHS management in work safety culture personal dimensions on teamwork (1459) in the very good category, training (488) in the very good category, reporting (1416) in the good category, work environment (1344) with good category. Dimensions of behavior on the aspect of compliance (2456) with a very good category, the use of PPE (1464) with a very good category, communication (976) with a very good category. Organizational dimensions in the regulatory aspect (2119) in good category, leadership (1494) in good category, risk (410) in good category. It was concluded that the implementation of nurse safety management for work safety culture in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the level of work safety culture was displayed from 3 dimensions with a total score of 1.78 for nurses' safety culture maturity level located at level 2 (managing). The results of this study are expected to be data for hospitals in order to further improve the management of work safety in the work safety culture of nurses so that they can improve the quality of health services in hospitals.Keywords: Occupational Safety Management, Work Safety Culture, Nurses.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur implementasi pengelolaan keselamatan kerja untuk budaya keselamatan kerja perawat dengan desain cross- sectional yang menganalisis implementasi pengelolaan keselamatan kerja perawat untuk budaya keselamatan kerja perawat di era pandemic Covid- 19 di rumah sakit Sabah Kuwait. Sampel penelitiannya adalah perawat berjumlah 110 orang yang bekerja di 2 ruang rawat inap wanita Covid- 19 dan 2 ruang rawat inap pria Covid- 19 dengan memakai metode pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengumpulan informasi dengan memakai kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian pada persepsi pengelolaan K3 di budaya keselamatan kerja perawat dimensi personal sebesar 42.79 (68%) dengan kategori baik, dimensi prilaku sebesar 44.51 (69%) dengan kategori baik, dan dimensi organisasi sebesar 36.57 (56%) dengan kategori kurang baik. Hasil dari aspek- aspek K3 yang mempengaruhi implementasi pengelolaan K3 di budaya keselamatan kerja dimensi personal pada kerja sama tim (1459) dengan kategori sangat baik, pelatihan (488) dengan kategori sangat baik, pelaporan (1416) dengan kategori baik, lingkungan kerja (1344) dengan kategori baik. Dimensi prilaku pada aspek kepatuhan (2456) dengan kategori sangat baik, pemakaian APD (1464) dengan kategori sangat baik, komunikasi (976) dengan kategori sangat baik. Dimensi organisasi pada aspek regulasi (2119) dengan kategori baik, kepemimpinan (1494) dengan kategori baik, resiko (410) dengan kategori baik. Disimpulkan implementasi pengelolaan keselamatan kerja perawat untuk budaya keselamatan kerja di era pandemic covid- 19 pada tingkatan level budaya keselamatan kerja ditampilkan dari 3 dimensi dengan total skor maturity level budaya keselamatan kerja perawat sebesar 1. 78 terletak di level 2 (managing). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa jadi data untuk rumah sakit agar lebih meningkatkan pengelolaan keselamatan kerja di budaya keselamatan kerja perawat sehingga bisa meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Keselamatan Kerja, Budaya Keselamatan Kerja, Perawat.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational communication mediated by working commitment on employee performance of PT Tata Bara Utama in Central Kalimantan. Design/methodology/approach: This research is a quantitative study by examining the cause-and-effect relationship of the variables of organizational culture, organizational communication mediated by work commitment to the performance of employees a sample of 46 respondents who are still working on the Central Kalimantan project. This research was processed using SmartPLS 3.2. Research Findings: 1) directly organizational culture and organizational communication have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. 2) commitment has no effect on employee performance. 3) Organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. 4) organizational communication has no effect on employee performance. 5) indirectly organizational culture and organizational communication have no effect on employee performance mediated by commitment. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: with the research, steps that can be taken by management, namely the need to approach lower-line employees to increase commitment so that it can affect employee performance. Abstract

The increasing number of remote workers, especially in response to global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, has demonstrated the importance of using an effective home office management approach. Technological infrastructure, communication dynamics, employee productivity, and work-life balance are key components that influence home office management. Data were collected through interviews, surveys, and focus groups with employees working remotely using a mixed-methods approach. To systematically study the relationships between these elements, the ISM method was used. The result is a hierarchical model that distinguishes between driver and dependent variables. To refine this analysis, a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) assessment was conducted to uncover the internal strengths and weaknesses of current home office practices. The research suggests that to successfully manage a home office, an integrated approach must be used to address the structural difficulties and strategic opportunities offered by remote work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, stress kerja dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan sekolah keluarga Universal Tanjungpandan, Belitung. Maka Permasalahan yang di rumuskan dalam penelitian ini apakah ada pengaruhnya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Stress Kerja, dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di Yayasan Sekolah Keluarga Universal Tanjungpandan Belitung. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 77 sample guru dan 5 kepala sekolah. Dari tingkat KB, TK, SD, SMP, SMA Yayasan Sekolah Keluarga Universal Tanjungpandan, Belitung. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu pengambilan sample di lakukan secara keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Penarikan sample dilakukan melalui sample jenuh (sensus). Pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data di analisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program LPS-SEM. Hasil regresi liner berganda menunjukan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, stress kerja dan kompetensi guru secara bersama- sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru. Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif daln signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yang di tujukan oleh (β = 0.328, t = 4.217, p < 0.001), Stres kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (β = -0.196, t = 2.845, p < 0.005), Kompetensi guru menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang paling kuat terhadap kinerja guru (β = 0.452, t = 5.623, p < 0.001, f²0.356) dan Pengaruh simultan yang signifikan (F = 45.238, p < 0.001) dari ketiga valriabel independent terhadap kinerja guru menegaskan kompleksitas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru di Yayasan sekolah keluarga Universal Tanjungpandan, Belitung.
