Abstract

The bag industry in the middle brand segment is currently being favored by most women. The growing industry in the digital era 4.0 has an impact on the way entrepreneurs market their products. By utilizing social media as a tool in promoting products, one of them is by sharing interesting content through Instagram. This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing on customer engagement on Instagram accounts that sell @Shopashopishop_authentic middle brand bags. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents, namely followers of the Instagram account @Shopashopishop via Instagram direct messages. The research method used is quantitative with Simple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques. The results of the study indicate that content marketing has a significant influence on customer engagement. The influence of the independent variable of marketing content on the dependent variable of customer engagement is 73.3%

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing strategy to increase sales at the Kokok Petok Cafe Restaurant and find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats at the Kokok Peto Cafe Restaurant as well as formulate an alternative competitive marketing strategy that is superior using the SWOT analysis method. This study uses descriptive research methods. The data collection technique of this research used observation, interview, documentation, and literature study methods. The data analysis technique used the SWOT analysis method with the SWOT matrix model. The results showed that marketing strategies to increase sales in terms of product, price, distribution, and promotion affected the performance of Kokok Petok Cafe Restaurant. SO, ST, WO, and WT strategies also affect the performance of Kokok Petok Cafe Restaurant. Based on calculations using SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the position of Kokok Petok Cafe Restaurant is in quadrant II which shows Kokok Petok which is in a steady situation but faces some serious challenges. So the company will have difficulty if it only relies on the previous strategy. Therefore, the company is advised to start increasing the variety of its tactical strategy. With this research, it is expected to make a marketing strategy that is carried out to increase sales at the Kokok Petok Cafe Restaurant.

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) started in 1746 when the VOC founded Bank Van Leening as a financial organization that offered credit with a gold mortgage system in 1746, PT. Pegadaian (Persero) was born. It was revised to shift from a Job Company to a Public Company in 1969 after which it changed back to a Public Company. In 2012, Pawnshop converted its legal structure to a Limited Liability Company (Persero), in accordance with Government Regulation No. 51 of 2011. Pegadaian has evolved into a business solution for the Indonesian people rather than merely a funding institution. The author discovered an issue with the firm's operations during the internship, specifically the lack of consistency in the upkeep of the passion application carried out by the corporate center such that it disturbed the process of ongoing transaction. In order to ensure that the customer transaction process proceeds without any hiccups, the author proposes that the central firm pay attention to the time and impact that occurs when carrying out the repair process. It is preferable if the maintenance is carried out outside of operation hours.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a working environment condition in the Public Housing Office and residential areas. A good work environment will greatly affect the level of employee productivity, this can be seen from the improvement of technology and production methods, production facilities and equipment used, the level of occupational safety and health and the atmosphere of the work environment itself. The method used in doing practical work is the case study method by means of a descriptive analysis approach, namely with a method that searches for collections and processes the necessary data and which is further interpreted and compared with theoretical foundations obtained from several literatures.in addition there is a problem related to the jobdesk given which causes practical work students confusion when carrying out activities.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out Customer relationship marketing or CRM activities at PT. MuliaGlass is a form of service quality that is measured through commitment, communication, and complaint handling. Customer trust and loyalty are expected to increase by managing these three dimensions. This method uses a qualitative method, namely by making observations in the scope of the company, paying attention to how the processes occur within the company, paying attention to the preparation of the administration of shipping and receiving goods in the company, observing the process of complaints submitted by customers to the company. Then the results of this study indicate that the commitment and complaint handling of PT. MuliaGlass has a positive influence on customer trust. However, this Practical Work shows that communication has no effect on customer trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a staff attendance system at the Karawang District Fisheries Service. The attendance system at the fisheries service uses the fingerpint attendance that is currently in use, with the aim of increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing employee attendance data, as well as improving work performance and discipline. The practical work method used is the observative method. type of research that aims to describe or describe existing phenomena. The results of this study are to determine the attendance system and the development of an information technology-based attendance system that includes the use of hardware and software. This system is designed to make it easier for employees to record their attendance accurately and efficiently. The hardware used in this system includes an attendance machine with fingerprint recognition features and employee identification cards. The developed software has a user-friendly interface, enabling employees to register themselves, record daily attendance and view their attendance reports. Implementation of this system is carried out by installing hardware at the employee's work location and integrating it with software that is connected to a central database. After implementation, the system is tested and evaluated to ensure its performance is as expected. The results of this study indicate that the use of this employee attendance system can improve efficiency and accuracy in managing attendance data. With the use of information technology, the process of recording employee attendance can be done quickly and easily. This system also provides convenience in producing accurate and detailed attendance reports and can improve employee performance and discipline.
