Abstract

The application of shari'ah compliance becomes very important because the system clearly uses shari'ah principles, so that the people in the district. Ganeas, especially people who are Muslim, can be more interested in becoming a member of the Syari'ah Cooperative, Baitul Amanah Grand Mosque, Kec. Ganeas because it can avoid harm. However, the fact is that until now there are still many doubts from the Kec. Ganeas to decide to become a member. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The test and data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, percentage data description test, normality test, simple linear regression, Pearson correlation, t test and coefficient of determination (r2) using SPSS version 22. The sample in this study were all members of the Syari' Cooperative. ah Great Mosque of Baitul Amanah Kec. Ganeas is a number of 50 people.The results showed that the value of r2 was 0.268 which implies that the influence of the Shari'ah compliance variable (X) on the decision variable to become a member (Y) is 26.8% and the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other variables. The results of hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis show that sharia compliance has a significant effect on the decision to become a member. The conclusion of the research shows that the variable of Shari'ah compliance and the decision to become a member has a unidirectional relationship (b = 0.633), the level of closeness is moderate (r = 0.517), and the variable of Shari'ah compliance contributes to the variable of decision to become a member of 26.8%. with low criteria, then based on the results of hypothesis testing (t test), it shows that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, meaning that the Shari'ah compliance variable affects the decision variable to become a member. Abstract

E-commerce transactions or often referred to as buying and selling online, namely buying and selling made by sellers and buyers through the internet, where the seller and buyer do not meet each other. One of the social media used to sell goods is Instagram social media. Buying and selling online is increasingly crowded because it makes it easier for sellers to market their merchandise, and also makes it easier for buyers to find what they need. But in practice there are still sellers who commit fraud. From this background the problem formulation can be drawn: 1) How is the application of Islamic business ethics in e-commerce transactions to sellers of Instagram social media users, 2) How is the trend of the application of Islamic business ethics in e-commerce transactions to sellers of Instagram social media users, 3 ) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of Islamic business ethics in e-commerce transactions to sellers of Instagram social media users. This research is a case study research using a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used by data reduction, data presentation and verification. In this thesis the conclusion that sellers of Instagram social media users have not fully implemented Islamic business ethics. There are still some that are lacking in the application of business ethics

Abstract

Murabahah financing is one of the products that is often used by Islamic financial institutions, including at BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara, whose contract is in accordance with the principles of shari'ah which is supported by other services so that members who will do murabahah financing feel confident and feel confident. satisfied with the BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara service, but there are also members who are not satisfied after carrying out murabahah financing. Member satisfaction in murabahah financing is a target that must be met by BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara so that members can do murabahah financing again and inform others that they are satisfied with murabahah financing in BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Determination of the sample using total sampling technique, which is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population. The reason for taking total sampling is because the total population is less than 100 so that the entire population is used as the research sample. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Test techniques and data analysis include validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression, with t test and coefficient of determination (r2) using SPSS version 22. The results of this study are the effect of murabahah financing on member satisfaction. The conclusion of the research results shows that the murabahah financing variable and member satisfaction have a unidirectional relationship (b=0.260), a moderate level of closeness (r=0.240), and the murabahah financing variable contributes to the member satisfaction variable by 5.8% with very low criteria, then based on the results of hypothesis testing (t test), indicating that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, meaning that the murabahah financing variable affects member satisfaction variables
