Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Kebijakan Deviden terhadap Nilai Perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan pada perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak sepuluh perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal dan Kebijakan Deviden berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengelolaan Dana Desa didalam upaya meningkatkan pembangunan di Desa Domag. Analisis data yang dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder melalui hasil wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan Dana Desa yang dilakukan di Desa Domag sudah dapat meningkatkan pembangunan fisik dan juga dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dengan adanya Dana Desa di Desa Domag dapat membantu kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Hal tersebut tentunya juga tidak lepas dari kerjasama antara aparat Pemerintahan dan partisipasi masyarakat Desa setempat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Reporting System of Pidota Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Dadakitan Village. This type of qualitative research, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis such as data collection, data selection and reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Pidota Village-Owned Enterprise Financial Reporting System (BUMDes) in Dadakitan Village is in accordance with or not in accordance with the financial reporting standards set by the Tolitoli Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service, especially those dealing with BUMDes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the income of market traders in Tinading Village, Lampasio District, Tolitoli Regency. The method used is descriptive analysis of qualitative methods using saturated sampling where all traders who exist/or live in the market are used as research samples. The primary data used are the results of direct observations and interviews with market traders and officials from the Village of Tinading, Lampasio District, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, regarding the income earned by market traders before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and after the pandemic. From the results of interviews that the income of market traders has decreased significantly reaching more than 50% during the pandemic due to the PSBB so that the working hours / market operations are limited which causes the market to be quiet and causes goods to sell less so that the income of market traders is reduced. But after going through the pandemic period the income of market traders began to gradually improve.

Abstract

This study explores the funding issue of PT. N usa BPR Cianjur in anticipation of a financial disaster. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative research style and relies on interviews and other primary and secondary data sources. The results of the analysis show that problematic financing at PT. N usa BPR Cianjur includes incorrect or money-shortening financing. Every financial organisation that offers funding aspires to keep problems at bay, but they frequently arise. In order to avoid losses when dealing with problematic financing, a financing settlement strategy must be established. Financing issues can be resolved by rearranging, rescheduling, and upgrading.
