Abstract

The expansion of business has passed the limit of space, time and territory of a country. One of efforts in entering others country to expand business is by using franchise system. That’s why so many entrepreneur starting their business not by establishing the new one, but by purchasing business system called franchise. In Indonesia the word of franchise known as waralaba and regulated by the regulation of the government of Republic of Indonesia Number 42 Year 2007 upon Franchise. Literally waralaba can be interpretedas a business which is giving more profit. In short,a franchise is the agreement between two legally independent parties which gives : First, a person or group of people (franchisee) the right to market the product or service using the trademark of another business (franchisor). Second,the franchisee the right to market a product or service using the operating method offranchisor.Third, the franchisee the obligation to pay the franchisor fees for this right. Forth,the franchisor the obligation to provide the rights and suport to franchisee. The agreement made between the franchisor and the franchisee on franchise must have legal protection in it, in particular with regard to the use of Intellectual Property Rights. The agreement has to cover law protection relates to the rights and obligations of both franchisor and franchisee, so that during the agreement both parties adhere to each other. For that it takes a good agreement and benefiting both parties.

Abstract

Indi Sularsih and Arif Effendi, thesis, The effect of using multimedia learning media on learning motivation in fifth grade students of muhammadiyah ibtidaiyah madrasah at Miri district of Polokarto regency of Sukoharjo, academic year 2021/2022, Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum of Islamic Instutute. This research wish to know the use of multimedia learning media in fifth grade students of muhammadiyah ibtidaiyah madrasah at Miri district of Polokarto regency of Sukoharjo for the academic year 2021/2022 ; wish to know the learning motivation of the fifth grade student of muhammadiyah ibtidaiyah madrasah at Miri district of Polokarto regency of Sukoharjo for the academic year 2021/2022 ; and wish to know the correlation between multimedia learning media and learning motivation of the fifth grade student of muhammadiyah ibtidaiyah madrasah at Miri district of Polokarto regency of Sukoharjo for the academic year 2021/2022 This research is a type of correlational quantitative research that correlates two variables, Subject in this study are the fifth grade students of muhammadiyah ibtidaiyah madrasah at Miri district of Polokarto regency of Sukoharjo academic year 2021/2022. with a population of 32 students with no sample. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the Product Moment correlation analysis technique. The results showed that the use of multimedia learning media in fifth grade students of muhammadiyah ibtidaiyah madrasah at Miri district of Polokarto regency of Sukoharjo for the academic year 2021/2022 was in the enough category ; the learning motivation of the fifth grade student of muhammadiyah ibtidaiyah madrasah at Miri district of Polokarto regency of Sukoharjo for the academic year 2021/2022 was the enough category; The results of correlation are r xy = 0,32 or the category is poor.

This research wish to know the Principle leadership of Muhammadiyah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah in Gondang regency of Sukoharjo Academic year 2021/2022 ; wish to know teacher performance of Muhammadiyah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah in Gondang regency of Sukoharjo Academic year 2021/2022 ; and wish to know the correlation between the Principle leadership and teacher performance at Muhammadiyah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah in Gondang regency of Sukoharjo Academic year 2021/2022. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research that correlates two variables, Subject in this study are teacher at Muhammadiyah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah in Gondang regency of Sukoharjo Academic year 2021/2022. with a population of 9 teachers with no sample. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the Product Moment correlation analysis technique. The results showed that the Principle leadership of Muhammadiyah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah in Gondang regency of Sukoharjo Academic year 2021/2022 was in very good category ; the teacher performance of Muhammadiyah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah in Gondang regency of Sukoharjo Academic year 2021/2022 was the good category; The results of correlation are r xy = 0,873 or the category is very strong category
