Abstract

Produktifivitas suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari kemampuan perusahaan menjalankan proses produksi secara efektif dan efisien. semakin efisien sistem produksi, semakin sedikit timbulnya waste. Konveksi Ghiss Bhirawa adalah sebuah industri rumahan yang bergerak dalam bidang konveksi kaos olahraga. Pada proses produksinya, masih ditemukan beberapa waste. Untuk mereduksi waste yang teridentifikasi, digunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan memahami gambaran umum perusahaan melalui aliran informasi dan material di lantai produksi dengan membuat Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dengan salah satu tools dalam konsep lean untuk menggambarkan aliran proses produksi dari bahan mentah menjadi produk jadi.VSM digambarkan dengan simbol-simbol yang mewkili aktivitas. Akivitas dikelompokkan dalam value added dan non value added. Pengidentifikasian waste diawali dengan pencarian akar penyebab masalah menggunakan fishbone diagram. Berikutnya menggambarkan pada current state map untuk waste yang lebih detail. Dari waste yang ada, diberikan rekomendasi mengurangi penumpukan bahan dalam jumlah banyak, menambah tenaga kerja dan mesin.

Abstract

This research aims to study the influence of board composition (BOC, BOD and AC) to the Firm Size on the manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. At 2015. Data source use secondary data which is accesed through Indonesia Stock Exchange, with sampling of 54 manufacturing companies in various sectors and sub sectors. With linear regression analysis, got reslut R-square 0,478, meaning between independent variable and dependent variable have (not significant) correlation equal to 47,8%. As an advanced analysis to further deepen the company’s position on board composition and firm size is used cluster analysis. As a result companies with high Firm Size are directly proportional to the large number of BOC and BOD, and enough with a moderate comiitee audit.

Abstract

CV. Cool Clean Malang is a company engaged in wet tissue industry. Products that undergo many orders or requests are Aqua's tissue sanitizer products. Planning of raw material inventory is the main thing to do. When inventory planning is not done, it will be detrimental to the company due to the cost of inventory due to shortage inventory or overstock. The purpose of this research is to know the application of material requirement planning (mrp) for the planning of raw material sanitizer tissue to avoid overstock or shortage of CV. Cool Clean Malang.            The results of this study that the cost of inventory owned by the company when following the method applied by the company is higher than the method of MRP (Material Requirement Planning) with lot size lot for lot. Lot size with lot for lot produces the minimum cost compared to LUC method and Silver Meal is Rp. 6.930.000, - for the material of tissue paper, Rp. 5.720.000, - for packaging raw materials and Rp. 3.960.000, - for raw materials of alcohol. The cost of inventory is very influential with the company's capital. And the average quantity of inventory that the company keeps when following the method applied by the company is higher than the least square planning method. The average quantity of inventory is very influential with the cost of inventory borne by the company. The difference is the cost of ordering and the amount of inventory is stored.Keywords: MRP, Lot Sizing, Inventory Planning
