Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how is the position of BPJS Health Bone Branch product competitiveness from five Branch Offices in South Sulawesi over the past three years? (2) how is the role of Human Resources BPJS Branch Bone Management in an effort to improve the position of product competitiveness?. Based on the objectives of the above research, the type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach. This study uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting the required data. The collected data is then processed using the Descriptive Analysis analysis method. The results of the study show the position of Branch Bone BPJS Health product competitiveness from 2014-2016 has never occupied the first position of the five Branch Offices in South Sulawesi, but has increased in 2015 from third to second and in 2016 still in second place. And the role of Human Resource BPJS Kesehatan Bone management in an effort to support increased product competitiveness is divided into three roles: (1) Role of Administration, namely by implementing competency-based performance management system applications in every employee activity, (2) Operational Role, namely many are oriented towards training and development as well as employee competency systems which can be seen from a number of training activities that are always carried out by BPJS Health which leads to improving employee competencies, and (3) Strategic Roles, namely implementing talent management that aims to get employees with high employment .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics values and the impact felt by school uniform entrepreneurs when implementing Islamic business ethics in their business. There are several principles in Islamic business ethics which consist of the principles of Tawheed, the Principles of Siddiq (Honesty), the principles of Amanah (Trust), the Principles of Tablig, and the principle of Fathanah (Intelligence). The result of this study is that Business Ethics in the Butung Wholesale Market Center environment is not fully in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Traders still give blank notes to customers who ask for harm to others, but out of that, the principles applied by businessmen at Butung Wholesale Center have fulfilled the nature that God and His Messenger implanted. As for what is included in Islamic Business Ethics include the Tauhid Principle which is channeled through zakat expenditure and trade sincerity, the Shiddiq Principle is reflected in the attitude of traders who do not multiply prices in buying and selling, and provide freedom for buyers to choose. The principle of Amanah, in the form of achieving optimal service as a form of gratitude to consumers. The Tabligh principle applied by traders includes communicating with friendliness, and establishing friendship with business partners and consumers. The Fathanah principle is reflected in its intelligence in acquiring and retaining customers.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of capital structure on the performance of agricultural companies listed in the Indonesian Islamic stock index. This study aims to determine how the influence of short-term debt and long-term debt (Short-term Debt and Longterm Debt) on company performance (Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin). The results showed that long-term debt and short-term debt affect the company's performance, but the percentage of short-term debt and long-term debt can not be used as a measure to assess the company's performance is good or bad, because there are companies that have short and long-term debt but it is able to produce a fairly good performance, and vice versa when the short-term debt and long-term debt of the company has a high percentage does not guarantee the company will perform well. One of the things that makes the percentage of the company's capital structure does not significantly affect company performance is market share. This happened because at that time the market segmentation did not support the sale of the company's products, so the company could suffer losses (Profit Loss).
