Abstract

Inventory of drugs in a pharmacy is information that is needed to see the availability of drugs for the sales process. Oftentimes, the stock of drugs that are needed by the community is empty, while drugs that are not needed are actually abundant in stock in the warehouse. The unavailability of the drugs needed, of course, disappointed the people who were in dire need of these drugs. Meanwhile, the abundance of drugs that are not needed will cause losses because the drugs have expired due to being stored in the warehouse for too long. Another problem is that pharmacies feel overwhelmed in predicting which drugs are needed a lot and which drugs are not needed by the community. Considering that the prediction process is still manual, it is only by estimating it without any mathematical calculations.Based on these problems, the authors decided to design a drug inventory prediction system for the drug sales process using the decision tree method. The purpose of this study is how to build an application to predict drug sales that can be used to optimize drug stock control and increase sales at pharmacies.The Decision Tree algorithm is used because it is a suitable algorithm for classification problems and data mining, mapping attribute values into classes that can be applied to new classifications. The concept of the Decision Tree Algorithm is to convert data into a decision tree and decision rules. The Decision Tree Algorithm was introduced by (Quinlan, C.45: Programs for Machine Learning, 1993) which is a development of the ID3 Algorithm, the algorithm is used to form a decision tree. Decision tree is considered as one of the most popular approaches.The results of functional testing indicate that the application can run properly according to its design. The results of the validity test stated that the Prediction of Drug Sales at Pharmacies with the C.45 Method with 30 samples of sales transaction data had an accuracy of 89%, thus indicating that the system that has been created has a fairly good performance and can be used by pharmacies to predict drug sales in the future. which will come.

Abstract

Cleanliness is one of the requirements to create a healthy living environment. But in reality, not everyone have a concern for environmental hygiene and health. For this reason, learning about the importance of caring for environmental cleanliness must be instilled early on. One interesting method to provide learning about environmental cleanliness can be through games. With the 3D visualization of this environmental cleanliness game, it is an effort to raise awareness of the importance of environmental hygiene and health in the community. The location used in making this game is Campus 1 Poltekkes Surakarta. The purpose of this study is implementation of Navmesh with the A Star (A*) Pathfinding Algorithm on the characters so that players can find the trash location point and the location point of the tree with the shortest route. Making this game uses the GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle) method with stages of Initiation, Pre Production, Production, Testing, Beta and Release. This game can be played on desktop and mobile devices. The results of the research that has been done are seen from the algorithm simulation testing is the nodes that are passed by as many as 50 nodes, where there are duplicate data as many as 7 nodes due to real time systems that read nodes over and over. Thus, the application accuracy rate reaches 86%.

Abstract

STMIK XYZ is one of the universities in Surakarta. From the business process, there are some potential problems that interfere  the asset inventory process as one of the asset management functions. To knowing  some of the assets, its condition, and its position needs long time and also its data entry is less optimal. Purpose business architecture design and be able to integrate the main business activities using the TOGAF ADM framework. The existence of assets is a problem in the business process that runs on STMIK XYZ. It taken an architecture for the development of Information Systems, as well as the analysis and modeling of business processes so that the performance of institutions can realize the achievement of the objectives and it the improvement of business processes. This study uses Business Modeling Notation (BPMN) and TOGAF ADM methods to identify the needs and Business Process Reenginerin (BPR) in the development of information systems in households. The proposed  this study was to make an asset management plan using the TOGAF ADM method.

Abstract

Abstract. Employees are one of the company's assets that must be managed properly. Therefore the selection of the best employees is now needed. The problem faced in determining the best and qualified employees is that there are still no standards in assessing only one person subjectively in determining the best employee, which consequently lacks appropriate or objective results. To provide rewards for the best employees, we need a system to support the decisions of the best employees who deserve to receive rewards to be on target. The purpose of this research is to design and build a decision support system application in determining the best employees using the analytic hierarchy process and weighted product methods. Stages of software development of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) uses a waterfall, that is data analysis, system design, construction, coding, testing and implementation. The results of this process are in the form of calculation applications that have been obtained from the analytic hierarchy process and weighted product methods in determining the best employee. The result gives an accuracy rate of 82.3%.Keywords: analytic hierarchy process, weighted product, decision support system, employees

Abstract

Untuk mendukung program pembelajaran e-learning yang dilakukan oleh seorang dosen di 5 Perguruan Tinggi wilayah kota Surakarta, maka banyak tempat yang di anggap strategis di dalam kampus telah dipasang sarana hotspot secara free bagi mahasiswa yang ada dalam kampus. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: a) Sudah seberapa besar mahasiswa yang telah memanfaatkan fasilitas hotspot untuk keperluan kuliah (seperti mencari literature skripsi atau tugas kuliah),b)Seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas hotspot terhadap indek prestasi mahasiswa di 5 Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di wilayah kota Surakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain: untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas hotspot yang telah di sediakan oleh akademik dapat meningkatkan indek prestasi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner angket mahasiswa, analisa regresi linear dan analisa SWOT. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah Hasil analisa regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS. Adapun kontribusi hasil penelitian adalah sebuah analisa pemanfaatan hotspot terhadap indek prestasi mahasiswa di 5 Perguruan Tinggi besar dan sedang wilayah Surakarta (UMS, UNS, STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta, UNISRI Surakarta, STMIK AUB Surakarta. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa Bivariate Correlations dan Linear Regression. Dari hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas hotspot di kampus mempunyai pengaruh terhadap indek prestasi mahasiswa dengan prosentase 9,1%, sedangkan 90,9% di pengaruhi oleh vaktor lain yang tidak di teliti

Abstract

Penentuan dalam seleksi Guru baru disuatu Sekolah merupakan hal yang sangat penting mengingat Guru merupakan suatu komponen penting di Sekolah. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada di suatu Sekolah yaitu tentang bagaimana menentukan atau memilih Guru yang layak diterima di Sekolah menggunakan suatu metode ilmiah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation atau disingkat PROMETHEE merupakan suatu metode yang sangat baik dalam menentukan prioritas berdasarkan nilai atau rangking tertinggi dari beberapa pilihan. Oleh karena itu pada Penelitian ini dibangunkan suatu sistem informasi atau aplikasi penentuan pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode tersebut. Penelitian ini dalam pengujian sistem menggunakan dua konsep pengujian yaitu menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing dan metode kuisioner. Adapun hasil pengujian Blackbox testing dihasilkan bahwa seluruh fitur yang ada didalam sistem informasi tersebut dinyatakan valid. Adapaun hasil dari pengujian validitas sistem dengan menggunakan metode Kuisioner didapatkan hasil 96% menyatakan sangat setuju untuk menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan atau memilih Guru baru.

Abstract

Improvement of Human Resources (HR) is an effort made to form quality human beings with skills, work abilities and work loyalty to an organization or government. The flow of technology and information as well as the mobility of human resources from one place to another. One of the HR improvements that must be done is through training, education, and coaching. Information technology is a concept where certain objects have the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. Sirnoboyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The purpose of raising the theme of improving human resources in the field of information technology for posyandu cadres and village officials is to provide insight and improvement on the basis for using Ms. Word and digital form creation with Google - Forms. The method of implementing the service includes a basic computer workshop using Microsoft Office 2013. Then a workshop on improving the ability of posyandu cadres in making digital forms using Google-Form. The resulting output is the implementation of a workshop and an increase in the capacity of Sirnoboyo village human resources, namely posyandu cadres and village officials.
