Abstract

Over Production and developing modes require companies to issue new products before the old product is sold out. The company problem is that the company loses and many products are damaged so the product cannot be sold because the product is stored too long and the storage costs and selling value fall product because of similar product competition. The product control phase began to be implemented to anticipate the swelling of new inventories, with the method of economic production quantity being one of the efforts to suppress production and control production so that the value of these products could be maintained and the company would not suffer losses due to damage to manufactured goods. Types of Data consist of Primary Data, There are 2 kinds of primary data that the authors do, namely: Observation Method, Interview Method, and Secondary Data in the form of Library Studies Browsing the Internet. Data analysis by analyzing the system using UML, input-output design and system testing From another process, one form of a separate data collection process is provided according to the production data control needs of the EPQ Method and is feasible if the process is stored in full. And the data displayed is in accordance with the testing of Production control validity and the results of the test can be concluded that the software built is free of syntax errors for results that are as expected. All functions in the production control application with the Algorithm method can be valid. Keywords: Production Control, Pola, Economic Production Quantity

Abstract

The Village Financial System (Siskeudes) is an information system that assists the village government in reporting transparent and accountable financial reports. On the other hand, there are adjustments to financial management during the Covid-19 pandemic, so Siskeudes application also needs to accommodate these adjustments. Moreover, various problems were found in this system such as delays in financial reporting and recording errors. One of the factors of the problem is the mismatch of tasks in operating the application. This study aims to analyze the causes and consequences of task mismatches using the Task Technology Fit (TTF) model. The study described in this paper used the technology-to-performance chain as a framework to address the question of how task–technology fit influences the performance impacts. Respondents in this study were 50 village officials in Boyolali district who had used Siskeudes Ver. 2.0.3. This study was analyzed using a questionnaire with closed questions and open questions. This research method used Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPls 3.3.3. In addition, the results of this study indicated that the task of the technology-fit model has a significant effect on Performance Impact. Villages also have apparatus in accordance with Siskeudes operations. In this case, the finance department (having knowledge in finance) have a better level of performance. However, there are some villages where the operation of Siskeudes assisted by non-financial officials so that utilization does not have a significant effect on improving the performance of the finance department.

Abstract

The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic is carried out online, students and lecturers carry out lecture activities at their respective homes. Online learning can be carried out using hardware devices (laptops, smartphones, internet) and application software (google classroom, google meet). With both students interacting in online lectures with lecturers, but from some information/news we get that students prefer to study offline rather than online. This study aims to determine student satisfaction in online learning seen from the components of hardware, software and lecturer involvement. The result is that the variable of lecturer involvement has a significant and positive effect on student satisfaction in online learning with a path coefficient value (β) = 0.565. SmartPLS also produces a determination coefficient value of 39%. Exogenous variables affect endogenous variables.

The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of the regression analysis found that there was a positive and significant influence on work motivation variables and field work practices on student work readiness. The result is that the variables of work motivation and field work practice significantly and positively affect student work readiness with path coefficient values (β) 0.388 and 0.334. SmartPLS also produces a determination coefficient value of 40.6% Exogenous variables affect endogenous variables.
