Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is should  be possessed by every employee to perform any duties and responsibilities given to the employee organization. With a good performance, any employee can resolve any burden of organizations with effective and efficient way so that the problems that occur in an organization can be overcome. To improve performance, the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in Aceh need to pay attention to the organizational climate and employee commitment. Respondents in this study amounted to 123 persons who were employees of this organization.. The analysis method used was Path Analysis which was the development of a regression analysis which is operated by using SPSS 22. Results showed Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction and Work Commitment affect either partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance of Department of Cooperatives and Small enterprises of Aceh. The results also show that there is a direct effect of Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Aceh. Keywords: Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Work Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee motivation and its impact on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh. Samples were all employees who worked at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri BRANCH BANDA ACEH totaling 128 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation and career development have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on employee motivation and performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri BRANCH BANDA ACEH. Employee motivation acts as a partial mediator between the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh. The implications of this research, PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri branch Banda Aceh need to improve the systems and mechanisms of good compensation to employees as well as creating a career development professional to be able to have an impact on employee motivation and performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the marketing element that affect consumer behavior is the combination of product management and promotion mix. Apple is one big company that has many users and they are very loyal. But due to lack of innovation, then the loyalty of its users were also reduced. Banda Aceh as one of the regional markets in Indonesia surprisingly placed  Samsung was in first rank  in mobile phone brand loyalty for the first time. This is quite surprising considering Samsung is able to defeat the famous Apple that  has a strong user base, loyal, and fanatical, but in fact, Samsung has a bigger share of the market. The population used in this study is the people who use Apple products in Banda Aceh City. This study the number of samples used is 120 people . Hypothesis testing was  done by using indicators CR and P. Because of the 9  hypothesis tested in this study have CR value above 1.96 or P value smaller than 0.05, Then all hypotheses tested reject Ho and accept H1. In other words the independence and intervening variables have the effect of increasing the dependent variable if only the independent variables and the intervening can be improved by Apple product manufacturers Keywords: Promotional Mix, Consumer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty of Apple product users in Banda Aceh
