Abstract

This research is quantitative research which is two variable. Variable X in this research is Job description and variable Y is Employee work productivity. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok Sub-district amounted to 161 employees. The data collection techniques that the authors use is Questioner who the author distributed to employees at PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Kecamatan Enokyang amounted to 62 employees who became the sample research. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a quantitative data analysis using simple Linear Regression formula, Test F and Test t. Y = 829,521 + 56,884X + €. Based on the calculation on the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained results 0.800 or by 64%. As for the results of partial testing of variable Job description (X) thitung14,540> ttabel2,003 so that Job description variables affect the productivity of employee production at PT. Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Enok District. As well as the simultaneous test it is found that Fcount> Ftable, whereas the significance (0,000) <from the alpha level is 5% or 0.005. This means that the independent variable (X) effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y).
