Abstract

Cooperative is one of the company that bases its activities on the principle of people'seconomic movement based on the principle of kinship. Cooperatives are business organizationsowned and operated by the individual for the common interest.Type of research is a case study to compare the amount of deposits of Cooperativemembers Wangun Raharja based on demographic segmentation variable gender and number ofdeposits. This study is a continuation from previous research conducted by Irawan (2014). Statisticsused were non-parametric statistical analysis by using the Independent Sample Test. The populationin this study are members of the Cooperative Wangun Raharja while sampling method is done byusing judgment sampling is to take 100 members of the cooperative consisting of 50 members of themale and 50 female membersBased on the analysis by using the Independent Sample Test have shown variants and theaverage amount of deposits of male members and female Cooperative Wangun Raharja has thesame amount

Abstract

Working world to day face a highly competitive situation including small and mediumenterprises. the biggest disadvantage of small and medium enterprise sector is the skills of itshuman resources. A good working environ mentis expected by employees in maintaining hismotivation to always remain high this so that the employees are always able to face the challengesof higher organizationAssociative method in this study is used to find how much the relation ship between workmotivation and organizational culture on Dian Convection. The population in this study wereemployees at Dian Convection, amounting to 10 people. Types of statistics used are parametricstatistical correlation analysisCorrelation coefficient of 0.940 interpret that relation ship work motivation and organizationalculture on Dian very strong. Abstract

Research conducted by the authors aimed to determine the extent to which differences inoutcomes or achievement of learning from lectures that have been done by taking a sampleconsisting of 1 regular classes in the morning and 1 afternoon regular class with sample methodconsiderations . Type of statistics used are non- parametric statistics . The analytical tool used isTwo Independent Samples Test Analysis and Test Frequencies .Based on the results of data processing by using the Two Independent Samples showedthat Asymp . Sig ( 2 - tailed ) , the value 0.000 < 0.05 so stated Ha is accepted and it is concludedthat there are significant differences between the results of the final value obtained from the regularclassroom regular morning and afternoon . The test results of the analysis carried out frequenciescan be seen from the curve shows the average final grade regular classes are smaller than regularmorning afternoon ie 72.01 < 78.86 . Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that thedifference in the value of the end result of this could be due to the differences in character betweenstudents regular classroom regular morning and afternoon are different .
