Abstract

Employers who do business in the field of hotel services they should be able to competeclosely with each other. Who is good at predicting the possibilities that will happen in the future inservice businesses and has been prepared to spend the strategies to address the possibility he willbe able to compete in the business services.One hotel tried to boost the quality of services delivered to achieve customer satisfaction isHotel SMIP Tourism Activities Belfast, this hotel is a place of hospitality science education to educatethe SMIP (Tourism Industry High School) for a diploma in Hospitality and tourism businesses.Unfortunately the end of the hotel considers SMIP Krida Tourism can not provide good service tomeet customers' needs. Abstract

Human resources is an important factor in the development process. Good Gevernance Theimplementation is a prerequisite for any government to realize the aspirations of the community inachieving the goals and ideals of nation and state.Improved employee performance can not be separated from the leader's responsibility isone of them to motivate people to work better by eliminating bad habits-habits that can degrade theperformance of employees. Abstract

Supervision of Chinese style using the inspiration of management (the art of warSun Tzu) is empty and the content, weak and strong point confirmed that the leader ormanager must actively take the initiative in controlling a situation rather than vice versa.Supervisory task is to find the point of irregularities and violations of law and filedand submitted to the personnel to take decisive action in the form of administrativesanction even to the level of dismissal. Once the importance of the functions and duties of amanager supervisor in the company details of the tasks or operations require a separateline is clear. RACTTo increase the job satisfaction of civil servants is determined by several factors.Among the training and work environment that impact on the level of job satisfaction of acivil servant. One effort to achieve success is to increase the ability of an employee by wayof granting or implementing training in addition to environmental aspects that also needattention.From the analysis of data and testing hypotheses about the influence of trainingand working environment to the civil servant Job Satisfaction Tulang Bawang CountyGovernment Health Department obtained conclusion: Simultaneously EnvironmentalTraining and Employment has positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction TulangBawang County Government Health Department. Partially each variable has a positiveand significant impact on job satisfaction.
