<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Pada tanggal 17 November 2014, Pemerintahan Ir.H.Joko Widodo dan Drs.H.M.Jussuf Kalla mengumumkan kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Kebijakan kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) tersebut dilakukan dalam upaya mengurangi beban Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) yang selama ini dinilai tidak efektif pengelolaannya dikarenakan subsidi Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) terlalu besar memakan anggaran. Setelah dikeluarkannya ketetapan kebijakan kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) terjadi penolakan dari kelompok-kelompok masyarakat dan mahasiswa di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap mahasiswa FISIP UNSYIAH dalam menanggapi kebijakan kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang telah di tetapkan oleh pemerintahan Joko Widodo-Jussuf kalla pada tanggal 18 November 2014. Grand teori yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teori sikap yang di bagi menjadi 3 komponen oleh berkowizd, yaitu: Sikap Kognitif, Sikap Afektif, dan Sikap Konatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengukur sikap mahasiswa yang mengacu pada teori Berkowizd yang membagi sikap kedalam 3 komponen yaitu : sikap Kognitif, sikap Afektif, dan sikap Konatif, hal diperlukan untuk melihat peran dan fungsi mahasiswa. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert untuk menyusun kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian terhadap responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini di pilih dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratifeid Random Sampling, dan untuk memilih sampel digunakan asumsi 10 % dari jumlah sampel yang telah di tentukan.Hasil dari penelitian ini di ukur dengan menggunakan range yang telah di tentukan dan di dapatkan sikap kognitif mahasiswa Proportionate Stratifeid Random Sampling Tinggi, sikap Afektif mahasiswa tinggi dan sikap Konatif mahasiswa tinggi untuk menolak kebijkan kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Mahasiswa FISIP Unsyiah sudah menjalankan perannya dengan baik sebagai intelektual dalam menyikapi kebijakan kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Di perlukan adanya sebuah wadah diskusi yang independen bagi mahasiswa untuk menjalankan fungsi pengawasan terhadap setiap kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah.Kata Kunci : Sikap, Mahasiswa, Kebijakan Kenaikan Harga BBM ABSTRACT Analysis of Political Students Attitude FISIP Unsyiah Againts The Policy of The Increase in The Price of Fuel On November 17, 2014, the Government of Ir.H.Joko Widodo and Drs.H.M.Jussuf Kalla announced the price increase of Fuel Oil (BBM). The policy of fuel price increase is done in an effort to reduce the burden of the State Budget (APBN) which has been considered to be ineffective in its management because the fuel subsidy is too big to consume the budget. After the issuance of the policy provision of fuel price hike (BBM) there was a rejection of community groups and students throughout Indonesia. The research is intended to know how the attitude of students FISIP UNSYIAH in responding to the policy of the increase in the price of fuel that has been assigned by the reign of Joko Widodo-Jussuf kalla on 18 November 2014. The Grand theory used in this research is the theory of attitude which is divided into 3 component by berkowizd, including: Cognitive Affective Attitude, Attitude, Attitude and Konatif.This research uses a type of quantitative research to measure the attitude of the student based on the theory of Berkowizd dividing the attitude into 3 components that is : Cognitive attitude, affective attitude and the attitude of Konatif, it is necessary to view the role and function of the students. Now the research method used is the Likert scale to draw up the questionnaire as an instrument of research respondents. Respondents in this research in select using Stratifeid Proportionate Random Sampling and to select samples used the assumption 10 % from the number of samples that have been in specify. The results of this research in the measuring cup with a use range that has been in specify and in get cognitive attitude students Stratifeid Proportionate Random Sampling High, high student affective attitude and the attitude of Konatif high students to reject said the increase in the price of fuel.
