Abstract

Rice production in Tabanan regency is now beginning to show its existence. Some of the original rice products in Tabanan Regency are one of the superior products in Bali. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2013, Tabanan district has a total area of 41,611 hectares of paddy with an average yield of 56.16 quintal / ha. To support the production of a company so that it is always stable it is necessary to evaluate the efficiency of the company. With the evaluation of production efficiency, the company can determine the direction of the company's production going forward. The level of efficiency in the company affects several products that are produced. By comparison how many raw materials are processed, operational costs incurred, the amount of labor and time needed to get maximum production results. From the evaluation of the efficiency level of a company, it can be assessed its operational feasibility, considering that several companies have not been able to determine the company's production efficiency. UD. Bayu Sri Dana is one company that does not yet know the detailed efficiency of production because measuring the efficiency of production machinery that has been carried out so far is a simple method. Therefore it is necessary to measure the level of efficiency to find solutions using the DEA method

Abstract

An industrial process is a work system that supports each other from each part in it. Work systems that are not ergonomic in a company such as ways, attitudes and work positions will affect productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of workers in completing their work. In the dodol wrapping section of SMEs ria shows that there is a discrepancy between work facilities used by workers in the dodol packaging section is not in accordance with the anthropometry of the worker's body causing complaints of pain in workers this is indicated in the results of the body map questionnaire conducted after the completion of work 100% of workers feel very painful complaints on the shoulders, neck, back, waist, buttocks, buttocks, knees, calves, legs, and arms. 100% do not feel pain in elbows and hands. All the pain felt by these workers is caused by working cross-legged sitting on the floor and bowing for a long time. Therefore, the design and implementation of work facilities are carried out in accordance with the anthropometry of workers in the form of desks and work chairs. The design was taken from the anthropometric measurements of workers, the anthropometric data of the workers taken for the design of work facilities was the 50-th percentile. After the implementation of ergonomic work facilities, there was a reduction of complaints to the workers after they finished working. 70% of workers felt the pain and 30% felt pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, back, waist, buttocks, buttocks. 80% of workers suffer from pain and 20% pain in arms, wrists, thighs, buttocks, knees, calves and legs. The productivity of workers on the packaging section also increases between 15% and 22%.

Abstract

Disputes or disputes are always possible in every human relationship including disputes inwork relations. Industrial relations disputes usually occur between workers / employers and employersor between workers 'organizations / labor organizations and company organizations / employers'organizations. Industrial relations disputes can be divided into two, namely: a) Industrial relationsdisputes according to their nature, which consist of: Collective industrial relations disputes, andindividual industrial relations disputes b) Industrial Relations Disputes according to their type, whichconsist of Rights Disputes and Interest Disputes. This research is a normative legal research that is astudy that mainly analyzes the provisions of positive law and the principles of law, by carrying outsystematic explanations. The problems studied are how is the Industrial Relations Dispute ResolutionMechanism according to the Labor Law. The industrial relations dispute resolution mechanism iscarried out in two ways, namely through a non-litigation path that is carried out by bipartid (eachdisputing party) and tripartid (mediation, negotiation, and consolidation) and through litigationchannels (court lines namely Industrial Relations Control.
