Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen minuman merek gulu-gulu, dimana populasi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat kota Denpasar yang pernah meminum minuman merek gulu-gulu yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui (unknown population) dengan sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, observasi dan angket dengan analisis one sample test. Hasil pengujian validitas setiap pernyataan instrumen penelitian pada variabel sikap konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen adalah valid karena berada di atas standar validitas yaitu 0,300. Berdasarkan output SPSS uji reliabilitas variabel sikap konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen dalam pernyataan. reliabilitas karena lebih dari 0,6. uji satu sampel rumus uji-t satu sampel. Nilai t tabel dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan dk=n-1 (96-1=95) dengan derajat kesalahan 5% (0,05) maka nilai t tabel = 1,665 , karena nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (65,219 1,665) maka masuk dalam daerah penerimaan Ha artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga sikap konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen berada di atas kriteria yang telah ditentukan yaitu 70%. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah perusahaan harus dapat melakukan inovasi baik dari segi rasa, kemasan dan keunggulan lainnya agar konsumen dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen yang akan berdampak pada sikap konsumen terhadap produk. 665) maka jatuh pada daerah penerimaan Ha artinya Ha menerima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga sikap konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen berada diatas kriteria yang telah ditentukan yaitu 70%. Abstract

Kinerja sebagai hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Salah satu faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah employee relation. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Jimmy Butcher Urban Store , yaitu 30 orang karyawan. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi kurang dari 30 orang, maka teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu dengan menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa employee relation berpengaruh positif terhadap kineja karyawan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa peningkatan pada employee relation akan diikuti oleh meningkatknya kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cashless transactions and buying interest on consumptive behavior in the Millennial Generation in Denpasar City. quantitative approach is used in completing the research results. The research data was obtained through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 78 respondents. The results show that: (1) Cashless transactions (X1) have a significant effect on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by the t-count value of 4.348 > 1.665 and the regression coefficient of 0.390. (2) Purchase Interest (X2) has a significant effect on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by the t-count value of 6.983 > 1.665 and the regression coefficient of 0.586. (3) Cashless Transactions (X1) and Purchase Interest (X2) have a simultaneous or joint effect on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by the F-count value of 224,976 > F-table which is 3.12 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the independent variables (X1 and x2) on the dependent variable (Y) is evidenced by the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination of 0.853. This value indicates that the contribution or effect of cashless transactions (X1) and Purchase Interest (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y) is 85.3%. The remaining 14.7% was caused by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The small and medium industry sector is a sector that has various roles in improving the economy in Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Gianyar Regency is famous for its handicraft/artist culture that has the potential and contributes to the development of large, medium or small scale industries. The development of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) continues to increase. One of the small and medium industries that are of concern is the stone sculpture industry. Therefore, a research was conducted with the title of the role entrepreneurship on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency (a case study on IKM stone sculpture crafts). The purpose of this study was to determine the role entrepreneurship on the performance of IKM Batu Padas based on three factors, namely innovation, creativity and the ability to take risks on the performance of SMEs in Gianyar Regency. The type of research used in this research is the type of quantitative research using descriptive methods. The process of collecting research data using a questionnaire distribution technique to 55 respondents and processed using SPSS. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Measurements for the independent and dependent variables use a scoring to assign a value to each alternative answer so that the data can be calculated. The results of this study indicate that innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency, Risk has a positive and significant impact on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency, Innovation. Creativity and risk have a significant influence on the performance of the Batu Padas SMI in Gianyar district.

Abstract

The number of companies in Bali is around 358 companies, both large and medium, but the majority can be said to have implemented CSR programs, so on, but there are still some who do not implement CSR at all on the pretext that all activities are determined by the center. There are still companies that have not implemented CSR because there is still a lack of community participation in implementing CSR in Bali. This research was conducted in Bali Province, targeting the Balinese people. The population in the research is all Balinese people. The sample in this research was 65 Balinese people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods to determine the factors that influence community participation in implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Bali. The results of this research are that the training variable shows that internal factors have a significant positive effect on the Implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Bali. External factors have a significant positive effect on the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program in Bali. significant positive influence between Internal and External Factors and Corporate Social Responsibility in Bali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of internal and external factors on the performance of IKM Batik actors in Denpasar City. The sample in this study was the perpetrators of IKM Batik in Denpasar City as many as 57 people. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 21. The data collection procedure in this study used observation techniques, documentation studies, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results obtained from statistical analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between internal factors on the performance of KM Batik in Denpasar City, seen from the t-test results, it is obtained that t1-count is 4.175 greater than t-table of 1.671 and sig value of 0.000. There is a positive and significant influence between external factors on the performance of IKM Batik in Denpasar City, seen from the results of the t-test, the t2-count is 6.099 which is greater than the t-table of 1.671 and the sig value is 0.000. There is a positive and significant influence between internal and external factors on the performance of IKM Batik in Denpasar City, the F-count is 91.336 which is greater than the F-table of 3.11
