<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penggunaan Smartphone Terhadap Ketergantungan Memperoleh Informasi Materi Kuliah (Studi Terhadap Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan Angkatan 2013-2017)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat dan menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap ketergantungan untuk memperoleh informasi materi kuliah. Populasi pada penelitian ini mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan angakatan 2013-2017 yang berjumlah 351 mahasiswa, jumlah sampel yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin presisi 10% dari jumlah responden, maka besarnya sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 78 responden. Teori Ketergantungan merupakan teori yang menunjukkan bahwa yang menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah ketergantungan seseorang terhadap smartphone dapat diakibatkan oleh jangka waktu yang sangat lama, dan tingginya tingkat kebutuhan informasi dalam perkuliahan sehingga membuat banyak mahasiswa mencari alternatif dengan menggunakan smartphone sehingga menimbulkan ketergantungan terhadap mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif analisis deskriptif. Data primer sebagai instrumen penelitian, dan diolah secara statistic dengan program SPSS versi 16 yaitu, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji t hitung, dan identifikasi determinan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung adalah sebesar 5,609 dan nilai ttabel pada 0,05 pada uji dua sisi diketahui 1,991, maka Ha diterima, dan dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier diperoleh nilai b = 0,488 (48,8%) dengan taraf siginifikansi 0,000 artinya penggunaan smartphone berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketergantungan memperoleh informasi materi kuliah pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan. This study aimes to find out and explain the Influence of the use Of Smartphone to dependence on obtaining Lecture Material Information. The population of this study was 351 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Economic Development. The researcher chose 78 students as the respondents by using the Slovin formula with the level of precision 10%. Dependency Theory is a theory that shows that the main problem in this research is that someone’s dependence on smartphones can be caused by a very long period of time, and the high level of information needs in lectures that make many students look for alternatives by using smartphones so that it causes dependence on students. This research used descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. The Primary data as research instrument, which is gained statistically by SPSS version 16, are classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, t-test and identification of determinant. Based on the result of the research which was the analysis of hypothesis obtained 5,609 for t-score and t table the critical value of t-table at level of significance 0,05 for two-sided test is 1,991. It can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Moreover, the result of linear regression calculation obtained b = 0,488 (48,8%) with a significance level of 0,000 which indicated that The Influence of The Use Of Smartphone gained a positive and significant to Dependence on Obtaining Lecture Material Information (Study of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Economic Development.
