ABSTRAKUpaya Rakan Mualem dalam meningkatkan popularitas dan elektabilitas Muzakir Manaf dengan cara melakukan persuasi kepada masyarakat di seluruh Aceh dan mengemas berbagai kelebihan-kelebihan sosok figur Muzakir Manaf. Dalam rangka menarik minat masyarakat agar bersedia memilih Muzakir Manaf pada pilkada tahun 2017. Keberadaan Rakan Mualem memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas Muzakir Manaf (Mualem). Hal tersebut yang menjadi fokus peneliti tentang bagaimana pengaruh Rakan Mualem dalam menarik minat masyarakat terhadap Muzakir Manaf sehingga dapat meningkatkan elektabilitasnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi Rakan Mualem dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas Muzakir Manaf pada pilkada tahun 2017 di Aceh dan menganalisis dampak apa saja yang dilakukan Rakan Mualem untuk meningkatkan elektabilitas Muzakir Manaf pada pilkada tahun 2017 di Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi Rakan Mualem dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas Muzakir Manaf pada pilkada tahun 2017 di Aceh yaitu menerapkan strategi political marketing dengan pendekatan pemasaran produk politik secara langsung kepada calon pemilih (push political marketing), pemasaran produk politik (Muzakir Manaf) melalui media massa (pull political marketing) dan melalui kelompok, tokoh atau organisasi yang berpengaruh (pass political marketing). Strategi lainnya yaitu pencitraan kandidat (figur dan ketokohan) dan melakukan foto branding Grub Band Netral mengenakan kaos dengan Bendera Rakan Mualem. Dampak strategi terhadap peningkatan elektabilatas Muzakir Manaf pada pilkada tahun 2017 di Aceh adalah bertambahnya dukungan terhadap Muzakir Manaf dan terjadinya peningkatan citra baik Muzakir Manaf di mata publik.Pada akhirnya peneliti berharap kepada Rakan Mualem agar memperbanyak kegiatan sosial dengan program yang menyentuh kepentingan masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan elektabilitas Muzakir Manaf pada pilkada 2017. Mengingat kegiatan sosial kiranya sangat efektif dalam rangka meningkatkan elektabilitas seorang kandidat. Kata Kunci: Strategi Politik, Politikal Marketing, Elektabilitas Strategies Designed by Mualem’s Colleagues In Promoting The Electability of Muzakir Manaf AS A Candidate For The 2017 Gubernatorial election ABSTRACT The efforts made by Rakan Mualem (Mualem ‘s colleagues) to boost up the popularity and electability of Mualem as a candidate for regional election were done by persuading whole civil communities in Aceh and promoting the positive sides of Muzakir Manaf as a public figure . these are persuasive efforts done to make people chosoe Muzakir Manaf for the upcoming election . the existence of Rakan Mualem is belived as an pivotal element for the candidate’s promotion . Based on this evidence , the writer was interested in carrying out a study to investigate the influence the existence of Rakan Mualem as a group that attract people interest in Muzakir Manaf which automatically will also elevate his electability. This study was aimed at finding out the strategies designed and analyzing the impacts by Rakan Mualem in prpmoting the electability of Muzakir Manaf in the Aceh’s gubernatorial election 2017. This study employed descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation, and literature study .The results indicated that Rakan Mualem designed some strategis in Promoting Muzakir Manaf’s electabilitiy i.e. diretct approach to the voters (push political marketing),using media as a means of approach (pull political marketing),bridging intense communication with influential figures and organizations (pass political marketing).Other stragies were political imaginary of the candidate, and printing t-shirt with Rakan Mualem organization flag on of well –known music band,netral.These strategies showed potential influence in promoting the electability of Muzakir Manaf which was indicated by increase of potential votes for the election.It wa also believed that these efforts has succeeded to point to refine the image of Muzakir Manaf as a public figure and as a candidate running for the gubernatorial election of 2017.It was expected that Rakan Mualem hold more social activitites and programs that not only can promote Muzakir Manaf ‘s electability but also provide benefis benefis for communinities.It was believed that activities for social needis such a very such a very effective media to level up someone’s electability as candidate for an election.
