<![CDATA[ABSTRAK, Penelitian ini berjudul Strategi Komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Aceh dalam Menyosialisasikan Bahaya Penyakit Difteri di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Aceh dalam menyosialisasikan bahaya penyakit Difteri di Provinsi Aceh, dan Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah faktor-faktor penghambat Strategi Komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Aceh dalam menyosialisasikan bahaya penyakit Difteri di Provinsi Aceh. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Perencanaan (Theory of Planning). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini ada 3 (tiga) orang informan yaitu Kepala Seksi Promosi dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Penanggung Jawab Media Promosi kesehatan dan Pengelola Program UKBM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Aceh Strategi komunikasi yang digunakan adalah dengan mengenal khalayak dengan melakukan survey ke daerah-daerah dan juga melakukan evaluasi ke berbagai macam media untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat. Khalayak yang menjadi sasaran sosialisasi adalah orang tua terutama ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak balita. Menyusun Pesan berdasarkan musyawarah dan sesuai isu yang sedang terjadi. Mengunakan metode persuasif, informative, edukatif, dan redundancy. serta memilih media massa dan media sosial untuk menyebarkan informasi. In this study there were 3 (three) informants, namely the Head of the Community Promotion and Empowerment Section, the Health Promotion Media Person and the UKBM Program.
