Abstract

CV. XYZ is a food-related company that uses a make-to-order production system and sells bread as its primary product. CV. XYZ encounters issues with the low degree of customer satisfaction with Bluder Bread’s product quality, cost, and packaging as well as the drop-in number of purchases made by customers. This study aims to ascertain how purchase decision are influenced by product quality, perceived pricing, and packaging, as well as how these factors affect customer happiness. Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis is used in the investigation. The research conclusions demonstrated that, although packaging did not significantly influence decisions to buy, percepstions of product quality and pricing had a major impact. However, customer satisfaction with bread was not significantly impacted by product quality, perceptions of pricing, or packaging. Purchase decisions can serve as a mediator and have a big impact on customer happiness.

Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the extent to which the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System influences the HR performance of PT XYZ using the ISO 9001:2015 clause, namely Organizational Context, Leadership, Operations, Performance Evaluation, and Improvement as measuring tools. This research is quantitative in nature and the data was distributed to 56 PT XYZ staff using Google Form. The data obtained will be processed using SPSS software with the multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results obtained, it is known that the regression analysis equation is Y = 0.428 + 0.040X1 + 0.099X2 – 0.110X3 + 0.078X4 + 0.122X5. It can be said that the variables Leadership (X2), Performance Evaluation (X4), and Improvement (X5) have a significant influence on HR performance. This is supported by the linear regression equation which obtained a positive value on HR performance. Apart from that, with the linearity test it can be seen that the data produced is linear in relation to HR performance because the results obtained are greater than 0.05. Therefore, this research can be a consideration for improving the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System on HR performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, brand awareness, and brand image on purchasing decisions and repurchases of Ultra Milk brand packaged liquid milk products in Surabaya city. The research background is based on a significant decline in Ultra Milk's market share from 2020 to 2024, which indicates a shift in consumer preferences. In the context of an increasingly competitive liquid milk market, understanding the factors that influence consumer behavior is crucial for companies to maintain customer loyalty and improve their marketing strategies. This study uses a quantitative method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to analyze the relationship between these variables. Data was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to consumers who have made more than one purchase. The results showed that all independent variables of price, product quality, brand awareness, and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while purchasing decisions themselves have a direct impact on repurchase decisions.
