<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Pelaksanaan Komunikasi Terapeutik Tenaga Kesehatan dengan Kepuasan Pasien dalam Mendapatkan Pelayanan Kesehatan di RSUD Kota Sabang”. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Kota Sabang. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Dari populasi 2802 pasien tahun 2016, peneliti mengambil rumus Taro Yamane sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Jendela Johari. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, dari hasil thitung sebesar 7,843 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai thitung 7,843 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,664 (df=100-2=98; α=0,05) dan nilai signifikansi uji t 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yaitu ada pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan uji R2 (R Square) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,621 bahwa kepuasan pasien diperoleh sebesar 62,1%, sedangkan 37,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain.Abstract This research entitled “The relationship of communication implementation Therapeutic between health workers with patient satisfaction in getting health services in general hospital Sabang”. The objective of the study is to explain the effect of therapeutic communication done by health workers toward patient satisfaction in general hospital Sabang. This study uses correlational approach. Of the 2802 population of patients in 2016, the researcher took Taro Yamane formula so that the sample in this study were 100 respondents. The theory of Johari Windows was applied in this research. The analysis uses simple linier regression formula. The conclusion of this study is that the result of 7,843 t and signification value 0,000. Values greater than 7,843 t 1,664 t table (df=100-2=98; α=0,05) and 0,000 T test significance value less than 0,05, then Ho is rejected and HI is accepted, there is an effect of therapeutic communication by health workers toward patient satisfaction. While the result of the test R2 (R Square) obtained at 0,621 that patient satisfaction influnced by therapeutic communication is 62,1% while 37,9% is influnced by other variable. ]]>
