Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by an outbreak of a new pneumonia that started in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which then spread rapidly to more than 190 countries and territories. This outbreak was named corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). The spread of this disease has had a broad social and economic impact, including in the aspects of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The case study in Delod Peken Village, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia shows a positive synergy between the central government to the local government and the grassroots. This commitment is reflected in the strong trust and acceptance of President Joko Widodo's instructions for the implementation of the Covid-19 emergency on July 3-20 2021. The will to achieve conditions for reducing the number of infections and deaths is the obligation of every individual, apparatus and government. The complexity of implementation is a challenge. There is no medicine available and the spread of transmission is still high in Delod Peken Village. Synergy in this area occurs because of the awareness of the government and the grassroots to take care of each other and the environment. The government program for immunization of 1 million vaccines per day is a temporary solution. While the long-term solution is how to provide health education from an early age by implementing the 5 M (washing hands with running water, avoiding crowds, keeping a distance, wearing masks) and 3T (testing, trecing, treatment).

This discussion and social research was made for business people in Kuta. Comprehensive handling is needed so   it is not only handled from one side only. The synergy of the government, private sector and investors is urgently needed in order to be able to provide guarantees for smoothness, certainty, comfort, affordability and better safety. This can only be achieved if the concept of planning is correct, actors are united, government policies support, high public obser- vance and strict enforcement of law enforcement. Continuity and integration between transportation modes is also a prerequisite for better quality levels. Thus, effectiveness and efficiency will be achieved which in turn will support efforts to overcome congestion and ultimately improve the welfare of the community. Abstract

Ida Bhatari Sagung Wah begitulah putri raja Tabanan dipanggil.

Abstract

This short speech when President Jokowi received the first vaccination gave birth to a large discourse regarding the involvement of all parties in one problem, regardless of racial and group interests. The interactions that occur touch the global realm because they are reported through media networks to the realm of small groups through social media applications. Interaction through the media reaches the old, young and millennial groups to prove that vaccination is only one way to ensure that everyone gets alternative health solutions during a pandemic in addition to the habits implemented in health protocols, namely washing hands, wearing masks and keeping your distance. Indonesia as the country with the largest Muslim population must ensure that the vaccines in circulation are halal- certified. Mental readiness is important to understand and implement through continuous and continuous mitigation or prevention. The community must understand and learn from disaster management in other countries.
