<![CDATA[ABSTRAK, Pada tanggal 03 Juli 2018 KPK menangkap beberapa pejabat pemerintah Aceh secara terpisah dalam Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT). Gubernur Aceh Irwandi Yusuf menjadi salah satu pejabat yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh KPK terkait kasus suap menyuap. Peristiwa ini tentu menarik perhatian banyak media, baik lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Serambi Indonesia merupakan salah satu media terbesar di Aceh yang ikut memuat berita terkait perkembangan kasus Irwandi Yusuf.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pemberitaan kasus korupsi Irwandi Yusuf di Harian Serambi Indonesia. Peneliti mengambil pemberitaan terkait kasus korupsi Irwandi Yusuf pada Edisi Juli 2018 di minggu pertama. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis framing Robert N. Entman, dengan menjabarkan bagaimana media lokal harian Serambi Indonesia membingkai atau mengkonstruksi berita melalui empat elemen, yaitu Define Problems, Diagnose Causes, Make Moral Judgement, dan Treatment Recommendation. Adapun masalah yang diangkat oleh Serambi Indonesia adalah terkait isu korupsi Irwandi Yusuf yang harus diperhatikan. Penyebabnya adalah Irwandi tertangkap tangan pada aksi OTT yang dilakukan oleh KPK. Adapun nilai moral yang disajikan berupa Irwandi sosok yang dikenal memiliki integritas tinggi dan dipercaya masyarakatAceh yang tidak mungkin terlibat kasus korupsi. Serambi Indonesia juga menawarkan penyelesaian dengan meminta kepada pembaca untuk tidak ikut menuding Irwandi bersalah sebelum pengadilan memutuskan secara hukum.Kata Kunci: Konstruksi Realitas Media, Analisis Framing, Harian Serambi Indonesia ANALYSIS OF MEDIA REALITY CONSTRUCTION ON NEWS CASE OF THE ACEH GOVERNOR'S CORRUPTION IN HARIAN SERAMBI INDONESIAABSTRACT, On July 3, 2018 the KPK arrested several Acehnese government officials separately in the Hand capture Operation (OTT). The Aceh Governor Irwandi Yusuf became one of the officials designated as a suspect by the KPK regarding bribery cases. This case certainly took attention of many media, both local, national and international. Serambi Indonesia is one of the largest media in Aceh which has included news related to the development of the Irwandi Yusuf case. This study aims to find out the form of reporting on the corruption case of Irwandi Yusuf in Serambi Indonesia Daily. The researcher took the news related to the corruption case of Irwandi Yusuf on the July 2018 Edition in the first week. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research uses Robert N. Entman's framing analysis method, by describing how the local media in Serambi Indonesia framed or constructed the news through four elements, namely Define Problems, Diagnose Causes, Make Moral Judgment, and Treatment Recommendation. The problem raised by Serambi Indonesia was related to the issue of Irwandi Yusuf's corruption which must be considered. The reason was that Irwandi was caught in the act of OTT carried out by the KPK. The moral values are presented in the form of Irwandi who is known to have high integrity and is trusted by the Acehnese people who are unlikely to be involved in corruption cases.
