Abstract

A company needs to consider determining the customers’ potential before deciding to upgrade their bandwidth. It is important because, previously, determination was conducted randomly. Therefore, potential determination is necessary by grouping customers who have similar characteristics based on their data and attributes. This study employs data mining techniques using clustering method with K-means algorithm on broadband users’ group of 263 FTTH. The determination was determined based on end centroid point in the grouping. The results were divided into 5 clusters consisting of 34 highly potential users (12.92%), 29 potential users (11.02%), 56 fairly potential users (21.3%), 54 less potential users (20.53%), and the remaining 90 not potential users (34.22%). The comparison of the validity of the Davies-Bouldin Index for the 5 (five) clusters is 0.538 for K-Means and 0.819 for K-Medois. This indicates that K-Means results better score. This method is useful for efficient bandwidth sharing.

Abstract

Microsoft Office 2016 is one of the applications in data processing. Regarding community groups, it must be admitted that the community's ability to use Microsoft Office 2016 is minimal, because many people, especially students at the SMP Kampung Baru Indosat Sekupang Batam, do not understand and understand the use of Microsoft Office 2016 applications. The difficulties they experience are: school assignments related to questions in the form of essays related to the tools in Microsoft Office 2016 because the hours of computer subjects are less when compared to hours of other subjects. In addition, understanding of how the Microsoft Office 2016 application works and functions is still minimal. This is where the service team provides guidance in improving using Microsoft Office 2016 with the aim of improving knowledge and understanding skills for students using Microsoft Office 2016 applications.

Abstract

TIK saat ini menjadi sesuatu yang tidak terpisahkan dari berbagai kegiatan dalam kehidupan hari-hari, hal ini bermanfaat dalam memudahkan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan. Dalam bidang pariwisata, kehadiran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat mempermudah para wisatawan dan calon wisatawan dalam memperoleh berbagai informasi terkait objek wisata yang akan dituju. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk rancang bangun sebuah sistem informasi e-layanan pariwisata di Kota Batam sehingga para wisatawan tidak terkendala dalam meperoleh layanan-layanan yang disediakan oleh objek-objek wisata yang dituju. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam membangun sistem dikarenakan metode ini memiliki tahapan yang berkelanjutan dan berurutan dimulai dari analysis, desaign, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menganalisis sistem yang lama mulai dari kekuatan yang dimiliki, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu layanan pariwisata seperti pemesanan hotel dan transportasi dan layanan lainnya dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan praktis menggunakan sistem informasi e-layanan pariwisata yang dibangun, selain itu juga sistem informasi ini juga memberikan gambar objek wisata dengan jelas serta peta lokasi objek wisata dengan benar sehingga mempermudah wisatawan dalam melakukan kunjungan

Abstract

To get a large profit in a company or business is to determine sales predictions for the next period. Prediction or forecasting is one of the keys to the success of sales because the predicted value of sales can be used as a reference to determine the order of goods, so there is no loss. Exponential smoothing method is a fairly superior forecasting method in long-term, medium-term and short-term forecasting. The data to be processed is sales data for the 2020-2022 period. The single exponential smoothing method was chosen because it can determine sales predictions for the next period with the smallest error value. The evaluation method used is MAPE, ME, MAD and MSE where this forecasting method is used to find the smallest error value. Based on the calculation results, the smallest error value obtained is ME at 62.8, MAD at 179.9, MSE at 55564.5, and MAPE at 9.20%. The value is at alpha 0.3. The next stage is to design a prediction system using the out-systems platform version 11.14.1 as a place to design the system. The test results of the system that has been designed to assist business owners in making decisions on product inventory estimates.
