Abstract

Leadership is a matter of principle in Christianity, especially the leadership of a shepherd. This article discusses the leadership of a shepherd according to Paul's shepherding in Acts 20: 17-38. The method used in this study is the analysis of the text in Acts 20: 17-38. With the exposition approach, the conclusions obtained, that a shepherd must be able to lead with a soul that serves for his followers. Abstrak: Kepemimpinan merupakan hal yang prinsip dalam kekristenan, terutama kepemimpinan seorang gembala. Artikel ini membahas tentang kepemimpinan seorang gembala menurut penggembalaan Paulus dalam Kisah Para Rasul 20:17-38. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah analisis teks pada Kisah Para Rasul 20:17-38. Dengan pendekatan eksposisi, maka kesimpulan yang diperoleh, bahwa seorang gembala harus dapat memimpin dengan jiwa yang melayani bagi para pengikutnya.
