Abstract

Lecturers whose duties are research are communities of creators and users of scientific knowledge who have an important role in the creation of knowledge through scientific research or studies, are required to have knowledge in order to achieve scientifically justifiable results. Collaboration is a combination of several bibliometric elements, measurement is the main benchmark. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of publishing scientific papers at the Indonesian Universitas Terbuka indexed by Scopus using a collaborative approach. This research method consists of four stages, namely identification, data collection (Scopus metadata), pre-processing of data (Altmetrics extraction), and analysis of results. This research will analyze the impact of the publication of the Indonesian Universitas Terbuka Research which is indexed by Scopus from 1988 to 2022, totaling 329 documents with a collaborative approach and comparing them with bibliometric calculations. The results of this study show that the total collaboration data are 329 documents from 220 authors of the Universitas Terbuka. The total citations of scopus indexed Universitas Terbuka articles are 393 citations where the author of Fatia Fatimah's article entitled N-soft sets and their decision making algorithms has the most citations, namely 95 citations. Meanwhile, Andrianyansah is the most productive writer with 21 documents, of which 2 are the sole authors and the rest collaborate with other writers. Of the 20 subjects written by the staff of the Universitas Terbuka, the highest subject of Social sciences was 119 documents (22.9%).

Abstract

ABSTRACT A good library not only has a nice and magnificent building, but also must have a complete and up-to-date collection, be it books, journals, or other electronic collections. But all will be meaningless if the users do not know what the library has. For this reason, a good library promotion is needed, so that users know the library's collections. This paper aims to determine how effective the promotion model is in The Universitas Terbuka library with the concept of distance education. Research methods using descriptive methods that are based on existing data. Results and Discussion From the results it is known that the promotion model at Universitas Terbuka using networks and social media in library promotion is still less effective. However, there is a significant increase in numbers, but far from expected. The role of social media, Zoom, and playback of e-flyer about library services on each streaming service of study programs in the Universitas Terbuka has also not helped much. Conclusions and Suggestions. The Library Promotion Model using Networks and Social Media is still insignificant even though there is an increase in the use of library collections at the Universitas Terbuka, in the future the Universitas Terbuka Library needs to change and develop a new promotion strategy.   ABSTRAK Perpustakaan yang baik tidak hanya memiliki gedung yang bagus dan megah, namun juga harus memiliki koleksi yang lengkap dan mutakhir, baik itu buku, jurnal atau koleksi elektronik lainnya. Namun semua akan tiada arti bila pemustaka tidak mengetahui apa yang dimiliki oleh perpustakaan tersebut. Untuk itulah perlunya promosi perpustakaan yang baik, agar pemustaka mengetahui apa saja koleksi yang dimiliki perpustakaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa efektif model promosi di Perpustakaan Universitas Terbuka yang berkonsep pendidikan jarak jauh. Metode Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu berdasarkan data yang ada. Hasil dan Pembahasan Dari hasil diketahui bahwa model promosi di Universitas Terbuka menggunakan jaringan dan media sosial (medsos) dalam promosi perpustakaan masih kurang efektif, meski ada kenaikan angka yang naik secara signifikan, namun jauh dari yang diharapkan. Peran medsos, zoom, pemutaran e-flyer tentang layanan perpustakaan pada setiap layanan streaming program studi di Universitas Terbuka  juga belum banyak membantu. Kesimpulan dan Saran. Model Promosi Perpustakaan yang menggunakan Jaringan dan Medsos masih kurang optimal walau ada kenaikan penggunaan koleksi Perpustakaan di Universitas Terbuka, ke depannya pihak perpustakaan Universitas Terbuka perlu merubah dan menyusun strategi promosi yang baru.
