<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja penyuluh, untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja penyuluh, dan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja penyuluh agama Buddha seProvinsi Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 85 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner atau angket tertutup. Hasil regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (ry1) = 0.796. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh dengan nilai koefisien (ry2) = 0.796. Variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja penyuluh dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (ry1.2) = 0.852. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerjasecara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyuluh.
