AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner terhadap Inovasi GuruPendidikan Agama Buddha, pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha, serta pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha se-Provinsi Bali.Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sample yang digunakan sebanyak 85 (delapan puluh lima) responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner (angket tertutup)menggunakan Skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis melalui serangkaian perhitungan statistik sehingga menghasilkan simpulan dan pembuktian hipotesis secara kuantitatif.Melalui serangkaian perhitungan statistik, hasil penelitian kuantitatif pada variabel Kepemimpinan Visioner terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha se-Provinsi Bali menunjukkan nilai Koefisien Korelasi (ry1)=0.8901, tHitung17.7948>tTabel 1.9890 pada signifikansi (α) = 0.05; artinya bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan Visioner berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha di Provinsi Bali. Kemudian pada variabel Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Inovasi GuruPendidikan Agama Buddha se-Provinsi Bali menunjukkan nilai Koefisien Korelasi (ry2) = 0.9005, tHitung18.8691>tTabel 1.9890 pada signifikansi (α) = 0.05; hal ini berarti Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha se-Provinsi Bali. Sedangkan hasil penelitian pada variable Kepemimpinan Visioner dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara simultan (bersama-sama)menunjukkan nilai Koefisien Korelasi (ry1.2) = 0.9436, tHitung25.9614>tTabel 1.9890 pada signifikansi (α)=0.05, artinya secara simultan variabel Kepemimpinan Visioner dan Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Inovasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha se-Provinsi Bali. Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of Visionary Leadership on Buddhist Education Teacher Innovation, the effect of Achievement Motivation on Buddhist Education Teacher Innovation, and the joint influence of Visionary Leadership and Achievement Motivation on Buddhist Education Teacher Innovation in Bali Province.The type of data in this study is quantitative data.
