<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional terhadap Kinerja GuruSekolah Minggu Buddha Se-Provinsi Bali, untuk menguji pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha Se-Provinsi Bali, dan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasionaldan Budaya Organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha Se-Provinsi Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner atau angket tertutup. Hasil regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan variabel Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (ry1) = 0.78, t hitung 9.59 > t tabel 1.67signifikasi (α) 0.05. Variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Gurudengan nilai koefisien (ry2) = 0.82, t hitung 11.10 > t tabel 1.67 signifikasi (α) 0.05. Variabel Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Budaya Organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (ry12) = 0.87, t hitung 13.65 > t table 1.67 signifikasi (α) = 0.05. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Budaya Oraganisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha Se-Provinsi Bali AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of situational ltreadership on the performance of Buddhist Sunday School Teachers in Bali, to examine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of Buddhist Sunday School Teachers in Bali and to examine the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture together on the performance of Buddhist Sunday School Teachers in Bali.The type of research used is quantitative approach. The sample used was 60 respondents with data collection techniques carried out by closed questionnaires.The results of multiple linear regression showed that the situational leadership variable had a significant effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient value (ry1) = 0.78, tvalue 9.59 > ttable 1.67 significance (α) 0.05. Organizational culture variable has a significant effect on teacher performance with coefficient value (ry2) = 0.82, tvalue 11.10 > ttable 1.67 significance (α) 0.05. Situational leadership and organizational culture variables together on teacher performance with correlation coefficient value (ry12) = 0.87, tvalue 13.65 > ttable 1.67 significance (α) = 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between the variables of Situational Leadership and Organizational Culture which simultaneously affects the performance of Buddhist Sunday School teachers in Bali.]]>
