Abstract

Leadership base qualify is a leadership that be able to apply qualify management well.one of flourish base qualify is Integrated Qualify Management (IQM)applying IQM needs the character change of relation between the one who managing (leader) and the one who doing work (lecturer, worker, laboratory assistant, technician, etc.). Command from the leader changed by the worker into initiative. Leader task not only give a command but also supporting and facilitating work qualify improvement of the members and the workers. To make leadership on a university can apply IQM successfully, then the university has to do systematic process. These are the concepts apply Determination-Implementation-Evaluation-Control-Enhancement (DIECE), that consist steps of plan, plan of implementation, implementation of evaluation, control and enhancement that corrective to the results.

Abstract

Understanding child development is crucial, especially for parents and teachers. With a good understanding, parents and teachers can properly treat a child. While many authors give attention to child’s development of cognition and mental intelligence, this paper focuses on child’s development of social intelligence known as socio-emotional development. The author presents academic explanations of these themes based on three theoretical perspective i.e., Sigmund Freud’s theory of psychoanalysis, Erik Erikson’s theory and Bandura’s theory. Based on the theoretical study, the author concludes that emotional intelligence is a skill that is formed (constructed) by external factors such as parents, teachers and the environment. Therefore, it is important to have an appropriate strategy in interfering with socio-emotional development of children, so they can adapt to and act appropriately in their social environment.

Abstract

Perubahan paradigma pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada penguasaan pengetahuan faktual, tetapi juga pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif, dan komunikatif.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS materi iklim dan perubahannya pada peserta didik kelas IV A Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bawari Pontianak akibat pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) serta peningkatannya. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata prasiklus sebesar 64,85 dengan ketuntasan 11,11%. Subjek penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV A di madrasah ibtidaiyah bawari pontianak. Setelah penerapan PjBL, hasil belajar dan keaktifan peserta didik meningkat hingga mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS materi iklim dan perubahannya.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a process of fostering development and development of children at birth as a whole, which includes appropriate and correct social, emotional, moral, and spiritual aspects so that children can grow and develop optimally. Play for early childhood can learn and learn many things, be able to recognize rules, socialize, place themselves, organize emotions, tolerance, cooperation and uphold sportsmanship. Based on the results of observations, the social emotional aspects of the child have not developed optimally. The purpose in this is to see the implementation of the role play program in improving social, emotional, moral, and spiritual children. Observation data through and interviews. Based on the results of observations, it shows that in the implementation of role playing in improving the social emotional of children are as follows: the teacher collects the children to be given directions and rules in the game, the teacher talks about the tools the children will use to play, the teacher gives the assignment before play and attendance and count the number of children together, the teacher only joins and accompanies the child in role playing, the teacher has discussions about role playing that have been implemented.
