Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah IPS SD yaitu melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran menggunakan Metode Kooperatif Model Jigsaw Ruang KelasĀ  A Semester I Jurusan PGSDĀ  Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi keinginan peneliti untuk lebih meningkatkan kreativitas dan kualitas dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan IPS SD karena melihat dilapangan kretifitas dosen dalam pembelajaran masih konvensional dan monoton dan diikuti fenomena melemahnya kualitas peserta didik yang sangat terasa di tempat peneliti mengajar. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Ruang Kelas A Semester I Jurusan PGSD Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda yang berjumlah 50 orang mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes evaluasi, catatan lapangan, dan wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan dari Miles dan Hubermen. Analisis data kualitatif adalah untuk memperoleh data tentang : 1) Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran dengan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Model Jigsaw, 2) Aktivitas Belajar, 3) Respon mahasiswa, dan 4) Prestasi Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa.

Abstract

Classroom Management is the way the teacher handles the classroom by means of arrangements that include ventilation, lighting, comfort and placement of learners in the classroom. This research is a classroom action research, the purpose of this research is to improve the motivation of learning and student learning outcomes of grade IV-B which amounted to 30 people at SDN 002 Pelita Sungai Pinang Samarinda. This study was conducted in four cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Each meeting of the researcher conducted a direct observation and recorded it.At the end of each cycle, there will be a written test. Preliminary data is taken from Pre Cycles performed before cycle I begins. While the final data obtained at the end of each cycle after the test. The collected data was analyzed quantitatively using the frequency table and mean score and determined the level of learning result category. which became the benchmark of the success of this study if 75% of students obtained a KKM score of 65, from the test results. Abstract

This study aims to (1) obtain empirical data on the implementation of knowledge-based learning lifecycle of Kalimantan as an indigenousin the fourth grade students of MI Sulamul Ulum Sabilal Muhtadin Sungai Kunjang Samarinda Ulu , and (2) obtain empirical data on the level of religiosity of the fourth gradestudents before and after learned the life cycle of human knowledge based Kalimantan as local wisdom. This research is a pre-experimental one group pre-post test design. The respondents were students of class IV MI Sulamul Ulum Sabilal Muhtadin Sungai Kunjang Samarinda, totaling 39 people. Research variables consist of materials of human life cycle-based Kalimantan cultur(X), and religiosity (Y). The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics using SPSS 20, and presented in tables and diagrams. The results are as follows:(1) implementation of thesocial studiesstudy done with the material that comes from the utilization of natural resources for life-cycle ceremonies and customs that still practiced by the Sungai Kunjang Samarinda district, the customs when the human still in the womb, when human birth,adolescence, marriage, and death. Social studies learning conducted with games crosswords and scramble. (2) Religiosity students are in high and very high categories. At the time of the pretest, students with high category as 6 people (29%) reduced the number to 2 people (5.2%) at posttest. Decrease the number of students for the high category is accompanied by an increase in the number of students with very high category at the pretest as many as 32 people (71%) increased to 37 people (94.8%) at posttest. The mean score of religiosity of students before and after studying knowledge basedthe life cycle of Kalimantan cultureincreased by 3.47%.
