The government has accountability as a condition and the ability to provide answers to consumer protection, namely the wider community in maximizing the role and function of ethics, professional standards as public service providers or public administrators. This type of research study is descriptive using a survey method. The data collection technique in this descriptive research study uses observation techniques using a checklist observation sheet research instrument. The results of the research study, namely the assessment of the pre-test, obtained an average value of 49 and after being given education regarding the importance of doing calibration/re-calibration then given a post-test, it was obtained that the average value increased to 93 and it can be concluded that with the presence of education about the importance of calibration/calibration By re-calibrating the scales through infographics, business actors find it very helpful to access information related to calibrating/recalibrating the scales and feeling satisfied and becoming more aware of the importance of re-calibrating the scales. ABSTRAKPemerintah mempunyai akuntabilitas sebagai suatu keadaan dan kemampuan memberi jawaban terhadap perlindungan konsumen yaitu masyarakat luas dalam memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi etika, profesional standards sebagai pemberi pelayanan publik atau administrator publik. Jenis study penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data pada study penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan teknik observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian lembar observasi checklist. Hasil study penelitian yaitu penilaian dari pre test didapatkan nilai rata – rata sebesar 49 dan setelah diberikan edukasi terkait pentingnya melakukan tera/tera ulang kemudian diberikan post test diperolehlah peningkatan nilai rata – rata menjadi 93 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan hadirnya edukasi tentang pentingnya tera/tera ulang timbangan melalui infografis maka pelaku usaha merasa sangat terbantu dalam mengakses informasi terkait tera/tera ulang timbangan dan merasa puas serta menjadi lebih paham tentang pentingnya melakukan tera/tera ulang timbangan.

In maximizing the performance of the government as a public service provider, it is an obligation for the government to provide public services with the best quality level. Chapter I Article 1 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 25 Year 2009, public services are activities or series of activities in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations. The level of community needs that are increasingly complex for public services so that problems arise starting from the safety factor, security factor and comfort. The Sekadau Regency Transportation Office as a form of public accountability by providing public services from the facts on the ground, namely the high violation of technical and administrative requirements for motorized vehicles must be tested in Sekadau Regency. This article aims to implement the importance of the KIR test and education for driving safety. This type of research study is descriptive using a survey method. The data collection technique in this descriptive research study uses observation techniques using a checklist observation sheet research instrument. The results of this descriptive research study are used to describe the increase in knowledge and understanding of mandatory vehicle users after receiving a measurement test and education regarding the KIR test for driving safety, especially in improving traffic safety and security so that it can provide security and safety for other road users and the surrounding community in traffic and driving. ABSTRAKDalam memaksimalkan kinerja pemerintahan selaku penyelenggara pelayanan publik menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi pemerintah dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik dengan tingkat kualitas yang terbaik. Bab I Pasal 1 Ayat 1 UU Nomor 25 Tahun 2009, pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks terhadap pelayanan publik sehingga muncul permasalahan mulai dari faktor keselamatan, faktor keamanan dan kenyamanan. Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sekadau sebagai wujud akuntabilitas publik dengan memberikan pelayanan publik dari fakta dilapangan yaitu tingginya pelanggaran persyaratan teknis dan administrasi kendaraan bermotor wajib uji di Kabupaten Sekadau. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk terlaksana pentingnya Uji KIR dan edukasi bagi keselamatan berkendara. Jenis study penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data pada study penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan teknik observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian lembar observasi checklist. Hasil study penelitian deskriptif ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pengguna kendaraan wajib uji setelah menerima uji pengukuran dan edukasi mengenai uji KIR bagi keselamatan berkendara terutama dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan keamanan berlalu lintas sehingga dapat memberikan keamanan dan keselamatan bagi pengguna jalan lain dan masyarakat sekitar dalam berlalu lintas dan berkendara.

Realizing a good government system and to realize the goals of an organization as well as realizing good governance. In addition, actualization activities are carried out in order to realize effective and efficient public services, namely providing pharmaceutical services, especially managing the expiration of pharmaceutical preparations easily and cheaply, and carried out with simple procedures. The specific objectives of this study are to facilitate and optimize pharmaceutical officers in managing drugs and monitoring drugs that are approaching expiration, improving quality and health services by preventing the provision of expired pharmaceutical preparations by providing labeling and classifying the type and expiration date. The results of this study indicate that the availability of appropriate drug boxes for storage of preparations and collections, storage of preparations based on alphabetical order and each type, and separation of preparations according to their respective forms and types, which is then continued by storing and arranging these preparations into separate boxes. pre-made alphabetically and by type. Installing name labels and traffic lights and performing the INDIGO technique (marking and classifying) pharmaceutical preparations, namely the availability of traffic light labels ABSTRAKMewujudkan sistem pemerintahan yang baik serta untuk mewujudkan tujuan suatu organisasi pemerintahan maupun mewujudkan good government. Selain itu juga kegiatan aktualisasi dilaksanakan dalam rangka mewujudkan prinsip pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien yaitu memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian khususnya mengelola kadaluarsa sediaan farmasi secara mudah dan murah, serta dilakukan dengan prosedur yang sederhana. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan dan mengoptimalkan petugas kefarmasian dalam mengelola obat dan mengawasi obat yang akan mendekati kadaluarsa, meningkatkan kualitas dan keamanan pelayanan kesehatan dengan mencegah pemberian sediaan farmasi yang kadaluarsa dengan melakukan pemberian stiker penandaan dan penggolongan berdasarkan jenis dan masa kadaluarsa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tersedianya kotak obat yang sesuai untuk penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan tersusun, tersimpannya sediaan farmasi berdasarkan abjad dan jenis masing-masing dan dilakukan pemisahan sediaan farmasi sesuai bentuk dan jenisnya masing-masing, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menyimpan dan menyusun sediaan tersebut kedalam kotak yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya berdasarkan abjad dan jenisnya. This study aims to increase the distribution of catfish to the community and groups, increase the number and improve the quality of broodstock/prospective broodstock of catfish through selective breeding. The stages of selective breeding (selection of broodstock/prospective broodstock fish), resulted an increase in the number and quality improvement of broodstock/prospective broodstock catfish through family selection and individual selection, increasing quality catfish, and increasing the distribution of catfish to communities and groups. With the process of selective breeding stages, the availability of basic instructions in brood management for BBIAT Pampang officers, as well as increasing quality broodstock/prospective broodstock so as to increase catfish seed production and can meet the needs of the people of North Kayong Regency.

To provide standard services in Public Health Center takes a commitment from the Head of the Public Health Center and the commitment of the doctors as a motivator for nurses and midwives in addition to being a supervisor and receiving referrals. The continuity of the implementation of IMCI services is to maintain and to improve the quality of IMCI services by remaining consistent in improving the health facilities of the Public Health Center so that people who are far from the Public Helath Center can get the standard IMCI services and continue to innovate in developing utilization by developing human resources that are not only providing services to patients but also being able to realize the vision and mission of Public Health Center. The result of Poly IMCI research has been carried out have several points: 1) the customer comfort factor in receiving services by making several changes to the physical appearance of the room, 2) the completeness factor for supporting physical examination equipment (measuring height and body length, weighing infants and toddlers, measuring upper arm circumference), and 3) implementing innovation in the process of recording and classifying diseases using the IMCI application.
