Abstract

This study focuses on the Duri Kosambi community, especially the RT.06 RW.05 environment which has adapted in the economic, education, religious, environmental, health, reality therapy sectors to social impacts during the Covid-19 pandemic. In handling this case, the community and RT staff work together to improve and maintain environmental health. In addition to improving and maintaining environmental health in this area, there is also a Ceria Reading Park which contributes to improving children's education. This study on the adaptation of community culture during the Covid-19 period also shows how to improve the welfare of the community and must adapt during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Abstract

Remaja membutuhkan keyakinan pada kemampuan diri serta rasa kendali atas hidupnya supaya dapat membangun kematangan karir yang kokoh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap kematangan karir remaja akhir. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Sebanyak 37 responden remaja akhir usia 18-21 tahun digunakan sebagai sampel yang ditentukan dengan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan skala lingkungan sosial yang disusun berdasarkan indikator Dewantara (2021) dan skala kematangan karir dikembangkan berdasarkan teori Donald E. Super (1990) yang telah divalidasi serta dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan sosial dan kematangan karir (p = 0,002 < 0,05). Secara deskriptif, lingkungan keluarga tergolong sedang (43,2%), lingkungan sekolah rendah (37,8%), dan lingkungan masyarakat sedang (37,8%). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun keluarga menjadi faktor dominan, masih ada 78,4% varians kematangan karir yang dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung kesiapan karir remaja akhir.

Abstract

This article examines the integration, evaluation, and effectiveness of the halaqah method in guidance and counseling (GC) services. Halaqah, as a community-based learning approach rooted in Islamic scholarly tradition, has expanded beyond its origins in pesantren settings and is increasingly being adapted into BK practice across various school types. This study employs a literature review approach by analyzing scientific articles, journals, and books relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that the halaqah method, when integrated into GC services, is capable of promoting students’ self-disclosure, strengthening interpersonal conflict resolution abilities, enhancing emotional intelligence, and facilitating the internalization of positive character values. An evaluation of its implementation reveals supporting and inhibiting factors that counselors must understand before applying this method in the field. Overall, the halaqah method holds significant potential as a contextual, humanistic, and value-based GC service strategy, particularly in educational environments with strong religious orientations.
