<![CDATA[Penyelenggaraan kompetisi sepak bola profesional memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap tujuan negara khususnya upaya untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum. Penyelenggaraan kompetisi sepak bola profesional terkait dengan sistem hukum transnasional FIFA dan sistem hukum nasional Indonesia, kedua sistem hukum ini memiliki titik singgung yang berpotensi konflik. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif khususnya terkait teori-teori tentang pluralisme hukum dan eksistensi sistem hukum transnasional tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan bagaimana sesungguhnya kedudukan dan peranan sistem hukum nasional dalam penyelenggaraan kompetisi sepak bola profesional agar dapat mendukung terwujudnya kesejahteraan umum. Dengan membandingkan fungsi dan peranan kedua sistem hukum dalam penyelenggaraan kompetisi sepak bola. Ternyata Sistem hukum nasional dan sistem hukum FIFA memiliki peranan masing-masing, keduanya saling melengkapi, jika keduanya harmonis dan sinergis maka akan berkontribusi positif terhadap upaya memajukan kesejahteraan umum.Organization of professional football competition has a positive contribution to the goal of the state particularly efforts to promote general welfare.
