Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the role of islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism in Rejang Lebong regency. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection was done though interview, documentation and observation. The result showed that in playing the role, islamic boarding school recently became the target of people's distrust: this was the place of radicalism and terrorism. According to the analysis, there was no school found as the place of radicalism and terrorism. Some schools even actively prevent radicalism and terrorism effectively. In conclusion, the role of islamic boarding schools in Rejang Lebong to prevent radicalism and terrorism through the tight control was effective. Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the management of education in family as the way to create a tranquil family. The method used in this research was qualitative descriptive method. The finding was the religous education in family consist of (1) pre and post natal education, (2) breast-feeding and sensitive period education, (3) childhood education, (4) adolescence education, (5) mature education and family education. In conclusion, education was required to be a tranquil family, begun from pre-natal to mature education. Keywords: Management, Religious Education, Tranquil Family

Abstract

The Madrasah principal's strategy is the most decisive factor in the success of maximizing teaching and learning processes at Madrasah. This research was motivated by the difficulties of Madrasah Jauharussa'adah in carrying out learning processes during the Covid-19 pandemic to describe the Madrasah principal’s strategies to maximize teaching and learning process during such. This research adopted a qualitative approach. The consideration of taking this research object was because the researcher wanted to reveal that not a few educational units were confused in carrying out learning processes during the pandemic COVID-19. Meanwhile, the object under study was in the countryside. Data collection processes were carried out by interviews, observations, and documentations. The subjects of this study were the Madrasah principal and the teacher council. The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that the first Madrasah principal’s strategy to maximize teaching and learning processes at Madrasah Jauharussa'adah during the covid-19 pandemic was using a module system. The second strategy was the application of a small-group technique. The module system was implemented in a face-to-face mode. The duration of learning was set to only took 25 minutes.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa terkait teknik pembuatan artikel ilmiah dan pola pembelajaran mahasiswa di era 4.0. Pelatihan dilakukan pada 14 Oktober 2023 di Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam IAIN Curup. Jumlah perserta pelatihan sebanyak 34 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket tertutup yang terdiri dari 20 item yang berupa pernyataan-pernyataan positif terkait kegiatan pelatihan secara umum dan juga terkait materi teknik pembuatan artikel ilmiah dan pola pembelajaran mahasiswa di era 4.0. Masing-masing item diberi 4 pilihan jawaban yaitu sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Analisis respon peserta terkait kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan dilihat dari data yang diperoleh yang diolah ke dalam bentuk persentase. Persentase diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan Skala Likert yang dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 100% item pernyataan yang dimuat di dalam angket respon memperoleh jawaban dengan kategori tertinggi yaitu sangat setuju. Jadi, dapat disimpulan bahwa semua peserta menganggap pelatihan ini positif dan dari pelatihan ini peserta mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik teknik pembuatan artikel ilmiah dan pola pembelajaran mahasiswa di era 4.0.
