Abstract

The purpose of research were: (1) Describe how the use of the picture series media can improve writing skills in learning Indonesian Elementary School fourth grade students Brengkol, (2) Determine if the use of the media image series can improve the writing skills of fourth grade elementary school students Brengkol. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of four stages, namely the planning stage, the action stage, the stage of observation and reflection phase. Data sources are from teachers and students. Data collection techniques are observation, discussion, and field notes. The results showed that the use of the media image series can improve writing skills in learning Indonesian is by an increase in students' writing skills in each cycle. Conclusions This study is the use of media image series can improve the skills of writing on learning Indonesian Elementary School fourth grade students performed with langah Brengkol steps as follows: (1) prepare a set of images that are easy to understand series of plot by the student, (2) use of paper striped as fabricated sheet student writing, (3) prepare a tool such as glue and scissors to taste, (4) provide an explanation about writing essays with attention to spelling and punctuation, (5) put a series of random drawings on the board, (6) provide an explanation on a series of stories from media images available series, (7) conduct a question and answer about the exact sequence of image series; (8) delivery restrictions theme; (9) to train children to make the title essay; (10) train children to make the outline; (11 ) train children describing the outline; (12) gives students the task of writing a series of media images; (13) to train children in the published essay by reading to the class (14) to motivate and reward students. Keywords: media image series, writing skills, the lesson ========================================================== ABSTRAK: Penggunaan Media Gambar Seri Dalam Peningkatan Ketrampilan Mengarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan bagaimana peng-gunakan media gambar seri yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengarang pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Brengkol, (2) Mengetahui apakah dengan penggunakan media gambar seri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengarang pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Brengkol. Penelitian ini merupakan Pene-litian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap tindakan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, tanya jawab, dan catatan la-pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media gambar seri dapat  meningkatkan keterampilan mengarang pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yaitu dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan mengarang siswa pada setiap siklus. Sim-pulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media gambar seri dapat meningkatkan kete-rampilan mengarang pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Brengkol  yang dilakukan dengan langah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) menyiapkan rangkaian gambar seri yang mudah dimengerti alurnya oleh siswa; (2) menggunakan kertas bergaris sebagai lembar menulis hasil karangan siswa; (3) menyiapkan alat se-perti lem dan gunting secukupnya; (4) memberikan penjelasan tentang menulis ka-rangan dengan memperhatikan ejaan dan tanda baca; (5) menempelkan acak gambar seri di papan tulis; (6) memberikan penjelasan tentang rangkaian cerita dari media gambar seri yang tersedia; (7) melakukan tanya jawab tentang urutan gambar seri yang tepat; (8) pemberian batasan tema; (9) melatih anak membuat judul karangan; (10) melatih anak membuat kerangka karangan; (11) melatih anak menjabarkan ke-rangka karangan; (12) memberi tugas siswa mengarang dengan menggunakan media gambar seri; (13) melatih anak dalam mempublikasikan karangan melalui membaca di depan kelas (14) memberikan motivasi dan reward kepada siswa.   Kata kunci: media gambar seri, keterampilan mengarang, langkah pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of servant leadership on job performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable, on village officials in Pituruh District, Purworejo Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were obtained from 120 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, with a coefficient of 0.667, and that employee engagement has a very positive effect on job performance, with a coefficient of 0.816. However, the direct relationship of servant leadership to job performance is not significant, with a value of -0.121. Therefore, it is proven that employee engagement fully mediates the effect of servant leadership on job performance. The R-square value for employee engagement of 0.445 and job performance of 0.549 indicates that the model has sufficient explanatory power. These findings indicate that in the context of public organizations such as village governments, servant leadership does not directly improve performance, but rather through increased employee engagement. Therefore, developing a service-focused leadership style and strategies to increase employee engagement is important in efforts to improve the performance of village officials.

Abstract

Di era digital, sangat penting untuk mengelola administrasi yang efektif dan efisien, termasuk Tim Penggerak PKK sebagai lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat. Ini adalah artikel tentang transformasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) Tim Penggerak PKK melalui pelatihan administrasi yang mengoptimalkan teknologi. Survei tentang kebutuhan, pelatihan teknologi, dan evaluasi keberhasilan organisasi melalui indikator kinerja digunakan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi anggota PKK hingga 80% dan meningkatkan waktu administrasi hingga 60%. Perubahan ini meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan meningkatkan peran strategis Tim Penggerak PKK dalam masyarakat.
