Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan-perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013. Pada penelitian ini konsep good corporate governance diproksikan menggunakan indikator kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komposisi dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit. Sample dipilih secara purposive dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi dewan komisaris independen secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress. Sementara kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial dan komite audit, secara berturut-turut, berpengaruh negatif, positif dan positif terhadap financial distress, namun tidak signifikan.Kata kunci: kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komposisi dewan komisaris independen, komite audit, financial distress ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of good corporate governance on financial distress in the property, real estate and construction of buildings companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. In this research, the concept of good corporate governance is proxied using indicators of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, the composition of the independent board and audit committee. Sample selected purposively and the data were analyzed using logistic regression. The results showed that the composition of the independent board significantly have negative effect on financial distress, while institutional ownership, managerial ownership and the audit committee, respectively, have negative effect, positive and positive impact on financial distress, yet insignificant.Keywords: institutional ownership, managerial ownership, the composition of the independent board, audit committee, financial distress

Abstract

The commitment of the Government of Indonesia in developing the livestock sector that focuses on business management that is environmentally friendly, pays attention to social conditions and is carried out with good governance needs to be supported by all stakeholders. One of them is the readiness and understanding of farmers in Indonesia to develop sustainable businesses through the corporatization of farmers that focuses on environmental, social and governance activities. This study aims to determine the perception of Indonesian farmers in developing sustainable livestock business through breeder corporatization that focuses on environmental, social and governance activities. The study was conducted on 49 respondents from Indonesian farmers through distributing questionnaires in the form of statements of understanding on environmental, social and governance issues towards sustainable livestock business through livestock corporatization. The results of this study indicate that Indonesian farmers have relatively understood sustainable activities that focus on environmental, social and governance issues. In addition, farmers through cooperatives as a form of breeder corporatization are relatively ready to implement, anticipate impacts and understand the control of sustainable livestock activities. However, farmers' understanding is still limited regarding the extent to which cooperatives are obligated to implement sustainability activities. Therefore, intensive socialization is still needed to get support from all levels of society in implementing sustainability activities in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of capital budgeting in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Bandung Regency. This research was conducted because in carrying out their activities, MSME actors often experience limited capital. Therefore, it is necessary to make the right project decision. Capital budgeting is seen as an important thing done by business actors in making project decisions. This study adopts an exploratory and qualitative approach in measuring capital budgeting practices in MSMEs. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the practice of capital budgeting decisions is not fully applicable to MSMEs. This can be seen from project activities, planning activities and methods of assessing capital budgeting for SMEs.

Abstract

This PkM activity is carried out in the short, medium and long term. RSP management must be able to run operational administration properly. Although there are many types of shelters in Bandung, this PkM is specialized in the Bandung Branch of RSP, West Java. Administrative management for Rumah Singgah Peduli is introduced, discussed and applied how the proper techniques in this PkM. A MS.Excel helps in the process of running the administration until a simple financial report of RSP is expected to be able to classify receipts and expenses for each transaction that occurs. The intended object for this PkM is assumed to have less administrative knowledge. This service activity provides guidance and assistance for RSP in improving the information presented in the Non-Profit financial statements. This PkM program is focused on RSP and provides understanding so that it is able to make good records. It is hoped that the management and administration of RSP will have new knowledge related to administration in running their operations and be able to improve the quality of information presented and be professional

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the money supply and Bank Indonesia interest rates on the consumer price index in Indonesia for the period 2018 - 2022. The discussion of this research is related to the money supply, Bank Indonesia interest rates, and the consumer price index (CPI). In this regard, the approach taken is theories related to that field. This research was conducted in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is time series secondary data in the form of publications on the money supply, Bank Indonesia interest rates, and consumer price index from January 2018 to December 2022 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. The research method used in this research is the explanatory method. The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that both partially and simultaneously, there is an influence of the money supply and Bank Indonesia interest rates on the consumer price index.
