Abstract

This research develops the theory of NN (neural network) by using CG (conjugate gradient) to speed up the process of convergence on a network of NN. CG algorithm is an iterative algorithm to solve simultaneous linear equations on a large scale and it is used to optimize the process of the network on backpropagation. In the process, a Neural netwok doing random weighting on the weight of v and w  and this weight will have an effect on the speed of convergence of an algorithm for NN by the method of CG. Furthermore, generating the random numbers to take a sample as a generator in this research of neural network by using uniform distribution (0,1) methods. Therefore, the aims of this research are to improve the convergence on NN weighting using numbers which are generated randomly by the generator and the will be corrected with the CG method.Keywords: neural network, backpropagation, weighting, conjugate gradient

Abstract

Program  pemerintah untuk peningkatan potensi desa dalam bentuk badan usaha milik desa (BUM Des) sedang digalakkan dengan serius. Pemerintah menganggap ini adalah salah satu cara mengentaskan kemiskinan dengan cara peningkatkan kesejahteraan dan memandirikan desa secara keuangan. Namun, ada banyak masalah yang ada di lapangan seperti kekurang percayaan pengurus internal BUM Des sendiri terhadap kelembagaan BUM Des. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak desa yang ragu dalam mendirikan BUM Des atau BUM Des yang sudah berdiri namun tidak berkembang. Masalah transparansi merupakan masalah yang paling utama dalam kelembagaan BUM Des. Sistem kepercayaan, pengelolaan dan transparansi keuangan serta pembagian hasil hasil usaha yang menjadi pokok tujuan hampir setiap BUM Des yaitu kesejahteraan. Dalam perancangan aplikasi pengawasan keuangan BUM Des mendapatkan hasil umpan balik sebesar sebesar 82,77%. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil umpan balik yang dianggap sangat positif.

Abstract

This paper develops the particle swarm optimization (PSO) method and uses a genetic algorithm (GA) by changing the distribution of articles in the initialization of the initial position. PSO at this time the search and speed of particles will always go to the best solution so that by narrowing the search area will be faster by updating the best position of PSO. While the Genetic algorithm plays a role to get an expanded search area for PSO solutions by utilizing crossover and mutation in GA. So that GA will expand the range of candidates for the best solution in PSO. From each of the advantages of PSO Update and GA will be combined to get Evolutionary PSO-GA (EVPGA) that can minimize error and speed up computation (itation) in finding the best solution. By using the Multidimensional Knapsack data set, the results of EVPGA get an average speed of 24.9s with an error of 1.49%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship, business coaching, mentoring and creative communities both simultaneously and partially to the creative industries performance. Entrepreneurship is reflected by the instrumental, prestigious, sociable, takeover, self-sufficiency, hard work, self-confidence, innovative, leadership, action oriented, simple thinking and focus on effort. While business coaching and mentoring is reflected by the forms of training and coaching activities provided by the government and others, the frequency of training and coaching, the duration of assessment and implementation. While the creative community is measured on four aspects, that are, the nature, membership, way of working and relationships with other communities. Performance is indicated by customer growth rate, customer satisfaction level, customer satisfaction level, number of new products, level of job satisfaction and productivity level. Collecting data is done through direct survey to the research object, the creative industry actors who are members of MCF (Malang Creative Fusion). The results show that entrepreneurship, business coaching, mentoring and creative community have simultaneously influence to the creative industries performance. Also, that four independent variables, partially, has positive significant influence to the creative industries performance. So, in order to achieve optimal creative industry performance, it is expected that entrepreneurship in each creative industry actors, collaboration and synergy of quadruple helix are improved.

Abstract

Masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar Waduk Wlingi Raya sekarang bergantung pada tanaman enceng gondok sebagai sumber pendapatan utama mereka karena nilai ekonominya yang tinggi, terutama sebagai pakan alternatif yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam industri perikanan dan peternakan. Selain memiliki manfaat sebagai pakan, tanaman enceng gondok diproses menjadi berbagai produk lain, yang memiliki dampak ekonomi yang lebih besar pada masyarakat di sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan memahami berbagai cara penggunaan enceng gondok di Waduk Wlingi Raya dan menyiarkan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada perekonomian masyarakat Desa Jabung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara langsung dengan anggota masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pemanfaatan tanaman ini. Metode pengumpulan data ini dikenal sebagai pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Orang-orang di Desa Jabung menggunakan enceng gondok dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa enceng gondok meningkatkan aktivitas ekonomi lokal di Waduk Wlingi Raya. Tanaman ini dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat untuk berbagai pekerjaan produktif, seperti mencari, mengumpulkan, dan kemudian mengolah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat seperti kerajinan tangan dan bahan baku industri kreatif. Penduduk desa melihat peningkatan pendapatan dan peluang kerja baru, terutama bagi mereka yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki pekerjaan tetap.

Abstract

Hinata koi terletak di desa jabung kecamatan talun kabupaten blitar dekat dengan waduk wlingi raya, merupakan kelompok pembudidaya ikan koi. Kelompok Hinata koi memiliki motivasi dan keinginan agar semua anggota kelompok memiliki hasil budidaya koi yang baik. Budidaya ikan memang menawarkan peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan akan tetapi permasalahan adalah dalam pakan ikan dengan harga malal. Adanya enceng gondok pada waduk wlingi raya dapat menjadikan solusi pakan alternatif pada ikan. Enceng gondok akan menjadi pakan alaternatif dengan cara menjadikan tepung dan dibuat menjadi pelet ikan. Adanya pengolahan lanjut dapat meningkatkan value dan difersifikasi produk berupa pellet ikan dengan bahan tepung enceng gondok. Kegiatan disiminasi dan alih teknologi pengolahan enceng gondok menjadi pellet ikan Bersama mitra dengan metode disiminasi dan alih teknologi pengolahan enceng gondok. Teknologi yang digunakan adalah penggiling, ekstruder pelet (mesin pelet) dan pengering pellet yang melibatkan mitra kelompok Hinata koi. Adanya kegiatan ini dapat menjadikan pakan alternatif untuk ikan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam pengolahan pellet ikan dalam upaya penekanan biaya produksi dan nilai tambah untuk mitra.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to enhance the videography skills of students at SMKN 12 Malang, particularly in product video shooting and editing. This training is expected to support product promotion through creative and engaging video media. Method: The training included an introduction to basic videography techniques such as lighting, angles and shooting settings. Students were trained to use video editing applications such as CapCut to add visual effects, transitions, audio, as well as compiling video-based product e-catalogs. An evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire to measure participants' satisfaction with the training. Practical Application: Students who take part in this training are expected to be able to produce creative and quality product promotion videos. This ability is relevant to support the promotional needs of local products and the creative industry in general. Conclusion: The training received a positive response from the participants, with 88% feeling satisfied and showing high enthusiasm, as seen from their improvisation and creativity in producing videos. This activity is expected to provide long-term benefits in developing students' videography skills to support the needs of the creative industry.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of communication strategy is built as a medium for deliver messages between superiors to subordinates. This study reveals the influence of the communication strategy adopted in the performance of the police against individuals, as well as its effect on job satisfaction of police officers. Sample size was 85 respondents as members of the police district of Malang city. Data retrieved using direct survey method with a questionnaire instrument to be further analyzed in two stages. The first phase of the data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis to determine the factor scores of each indicator, and hereinafter PLS analysis which is the second stage of data analysis to test the research hypothesis. Study findings in the form of empirical evidence of the positive influence on job satisfaction communications strategy that communication strategies in the police managed to increase job satisfaction. Also found to influence the performance of individual communication strategy. While job satisfaction among variables does not affect the performance of the individual.
