Abstract

The entrepreneurial intentions among university students is very important subject specially if the country wants to create more jobs and reduce the unemployment problems. This research aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intention. The population in this study are the students from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Karawaci, Banten, Indonesia. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS. This result of this study shows that the entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. But entrepreneurial culture will have an effect on entrepreneurial intentions only with mediation. This research need to be conducted in other universities in order to have bigger generalization power.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of cash flows from funding activities or financial (CFF), investment (CFI), and operations (CFO) on Return on Assets (ROA) in the banking sector in Indonesia. Data was obtained from 40 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2010–2022 and analyzed using a fixed effects model panel regression. The results showed that only CFOs had a significant influence on ROA, but in a negative direction, indicating that an increase in operating cash flow was actually correlated with a decrease in ROA. CFF and CFI did not have a significant effect on ROA, indicating that funding and investment activities had less impact on profitability. The implications of this study emphasize the need for more strategic operational cash flow management to support asset efficiency and financial performance of banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha, dengan perceived feasibility dan perceived desirability sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam era ekonomi digital yang kompetitif, pendidikan kewirausahaan memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong generasi muda untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Namun, keberhasilan pendidikan ini tidak hanya ditentukan oleh peningkatan pengetahuan, tetapi juga oleh bagaimana peserta didik memandang kelayakan dan daya tarik dari kegiatan wirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui SmartPLS 3 terhadap 140 responden yang telah mengikuti pendidikan kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap niat berwirausaha melalui perceived feasibility dan perceived desirability. Kedua variabel mediasi ini terbukti signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara pendidikan dan niat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan kurikulum kewirausahaan agar lebih memperhatikan aspek persepsi psikologis dalam membentuk niat berwirausaha yang kuat.
