Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the management of Trans Metro Pekanabaru do Remuneration System (payroll) in Trans Metro Pekanbaru and the factors that cause delays in payment of salaries, then refers to the study of literature that made indiktor research that essentially is expected to provide a clear picture the system of remuneration Trans Metro Pekanbaru. In this study the data and information collected using a questionnaire and the data information is used as a basis to explain the variables of the study This study is survey descriptive, which aims to explain in a systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts and the relationship between the phenomena encountered in system Trans Metro employee remuneration in Pekanbaru. The study population was Head of Lent, Managing Director of Trans Metro, Head of Human Resources & General and the Chief Financial Officer and Driver, Kernet and Pejaga stop. While the sample set is Head of Lent, Managing Director of Trans Metro, Head of Human Resources & General and Chief Financial Officer (Key Informant) and 10 Drivers, 10 Kernet and 35 Guard stops. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. This type of data is primary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews and secondary data in the form of profiles Trans Metro Pekanbaru, MOU, Pekanbaru Mayor's decision, as well as other relevant data, obtained in place of the study. As for the results of research conducted by researchers with the title "Analysis of Trans Metro Employee Remuneration System In The Public Transport Service Pekanbaru City" with the indicator variable salary standards, fairness, Timely, and Attractive & Competitive categorized as Less Effective. Thus the remuneration system in PT. Trans Metro Pekanbaru is not implemented effectively, with no hope of future improvement in the remuneration that the motivation for employees to work so he could donate services in public transport in the city of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Having power means having the ability to change the behavior or attitudes of others in accordance with what is desired by the authority. By holding power, automatically the bersangkuatan has an influence, and this is what is dreamed by some people who want to get legitimacy so that later he has the influence of the power possessed. the cause of abuse of power can have an impact on rampant corruption. Among the causes: a. That punishment perceived from the results of abuse of power is relatively lighter compared to the benefits it feels. b. Abuse of power can be tricked and engineered in the form of physical accountability. c. To get power requires substantial material capital, so that when the power is granted to him, of course the person concerned is trying to return the initial capital plus a large profit. d. It is not good for a check and balance system in the government system.

Abstract

Integrated Subdistrict Administrative Services have a role in providing servants in the District wilaya, among others, the service for handling e-KTP. Therefore, the implementation of e-KTP management services must optimize the form of service provided through Requirements, Procedures, Time, Products, Complaints. Public services are expected to be carried out in all matters including services in the management of e-ID cards at the Tualang Sub-District Office, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service of administering the e-KTP at the Tualang Sub-District Office in Siak Regency and find out the obstacles in the service of the e-KTP Management at the Tualang Sub-District Office in Siak Regency. The results of this study are expected to provide the following benefits: contribution of the mind in order to develop science, especially in the field of social and political sciences as well as references to improve services, especially in the Management of e-KTP at the Tualang Sub-District Office, Siak Regency. The results of the research conducted at the Tualang Sub-District Head Office in Siak Regency through five indicators were in the category "Good Enough" with a value of 26 or a percentage of 57%. However, the author recommends to the employees of the Tualang Sub-District Office of Siak Regency in providing e-KTP Management services in order to improve the quality and quality of services in order to achieve better service.

Abstract

In order to realize the vision of Indragiri Hilir regency, namely: "New Spirit Indragiri Hilir Towards a Prominent, Dignity and Bermarwah Regency" and to make the Indragiri Hilir Regency as Qori and Qoriah hull then Regent Indragiri Hilir issued Local Regulation No. 2 Year 2016 on Magrhib Community Movement . This effort was made to invite the Muslim community to re-fill the prosperous mushola, surau, langgar and mosque, especially for children, youth, youth, fathers and mothers in all walks of the Muslim community. The concept of theory that the author uses is Oversight. And the theory used is the theory of Manullang with a Variable of Supervision This research aims to determine the level of Implementation Supervision Satpol PP Unit Against Local Regulation Indragiri Hilir Regarding Maghrib People Movement Mengaji Indragiri Hilir regency, where the program Movement Maghrib Mengaji Society measured by 3 indicators are: Standard, Assessment, Improvement. The type of research located in the Office of Satuan Pamong Praja Police Unit of Indragiri Hilir Regency is a descriptive survey with qualitative research method, which is collecting data by way of direct meeting and interacting with people in the research area. The Key Informant namely Section Head of Supervision and Observation Satpol PP, religious leaders, and teachers of Ngaji, and Informants namely Community Leaders. Data analysis in this research is to search and arrange systematically data obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation, by organizing data into categories, describing into units, synthesizing, arranging into patterns, choosing which is important and which will be studied, and made conclusions. Based on this technical analysis the researchers assessed and concluded that the implementation of supervision of civil service police unit (Satpol PP) in Tembilahan sub-district should be optimized and more effective.
