Abstract

Pembiayaan ganda merupakan pembiayaan yang dilakukan oleh nasabah atau anggota yang sama yang menerima pembiayaan lebih dari satu kali. Kejadian pembiayaan ganda tersebut juga terjadi di KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim Kota Kediri ini, terdapat anggota yang dalam pengajuan pembiayaan pertamanya masih dalam tahap pelunasan angsuran tetapi sudah melakukan pengajuan pembiayaan lagi, dan pengajuan pembiayaan yang kedua diterima oleh KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif- kualitatif, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan peneliti untuk memperoleh data-data adalah dengan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim Kota Kediri. Hasil dari penelitian implementasi pembiayaan ganda dalam koperasi ditinjau dari Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Nomor 16/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 (Studi kasus di KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim Kota Kediri) yaitu 25% dari 500 anggota dari KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim melakukan pembiayaan ganda. Dalam merealisasikan pengajuan pembiayaan ganda tersebut KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim menggunakan analisis 5C dan calon penerima pembiayaan harus mendapat rekomendasi dari pihak yang dikenal oleh staf dari KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim. Tetapi disini KSPPS BMW Rahmah telah melanggar peraturan yang dibuat oleh Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Nomor 16/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 dengan tidak menerapkan prinsip syariah dengan tata kelola yang baik, tidak menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dan manajemen risiko, serta tidak mematuhi peraturan yang terkait dengan pengelolaan usaha simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah. Selain itu KSPPS BMW Rahmah Jatim Kota Kediri telah melanggar peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dengan melakukan pembiayaan ganda dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, karena pembiayaan ganda tidak diterapkan prosedur analisis pembiayaan yang baku.

Abstract

Fajr in syar’i concept is divided into two; Fajr Kazib and Fajar Shadiq. The Fajr Kazib is time to having breakfast before doing fasting and have no salah Subuh. The second is fajr Shadiq. It is time to have no having meal (because it is fasting time) and time to do salah Subuh. Fajr Kazib arises at the early morning whose the light is not bright, but it is longer to the top of East to West vertically. Then the sky comes dark like wolf tail. While Fajr Shadiq arises at the early morning whose light is bright spreading in East horizontally. It arises just before sunrise. Time between Fajr Shadiq and the sunrise is the time for salah Subuh. In Astronomy, the word Fajr means Morning Twilight. Twilight in Astronomy is divided into three; astronomical twilight, nautical twilight and civil twilight. First, astronomical twilight is as the end of night. That is when starlight is not bright because of sunrise. The sun position is level 18 below the horizon. At that time, there ios still dark because of the sun going to rise ( an hour and 12 minutes later the sun rises). The second is nautical twilight. It looks so bright is East horizon for the sailors who are going to land. The sun position is level 12 below the horizon (48 minutes later the sun rises). The third is civil twilight. It is Fajr whose the light is so bright in which the position is level 6 below the horizon. At that time, the sunlight is so really bright, and many people do their morning activities. And then 24 minutes later the sun rises.

Abstract

This service aims to increase awareness of the importance of halal certification among MSMEs in Grogol Village, Kediri, as well as provide assistance in applying for NIB and halal certification. The activity method is carried out through a door-to-door approach, where the KKN team visits MSMEs directly to provide outreach and assistance in the registration process. As a result, six MSMEs succeeded in obtaining NIB, while seven other MSMEs are currently in the halal certification process. This includes four fried onion MSMEs and three upil cracker MSMEs. It is hoped that this activity can help Grogol Village MSMEs improve the quality of their products, develop their businesses at national and international levels, and open up wider employment opportunities. The door-to-door strategy has proven effective in conveying information and providing direct assistance to MSMEs, thereby increasing awareness of the importance of halal certification for their products.
