Abstract

This research is based on a phenomenon in relation to the leadership of the head of Madrasah in Islamic education institutions which is a formal Islamic boarding school based madrasah that contrasts with the embodiment of Islamic education institutions. In order to carry out its role as a leader, the headmaster must have the right strategy to improve the quality of his administrative staff through cooperation or cooperation, giving the administrative staff the opportunity to improve their profession and encourage the involvement of all administrative personnel in various activities that support the madrasah program. The focus of this study are:1. How is the Policy of the Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Performance of Administrative Staff? 2. How is the Motivation of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Administrative Staff Performance? 3. How to inhibit the Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Administrative Staff overcome it? This type of research is a field research with a phenomenological approach, a qualitative descriptive research method, so that the approach taken is a qualitative approach using a case study design, data analysis with an inductive approach. From the results of this study, the authors conclude that: 1) The Policy of the Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Performance of Administrative Personnel is in the formation of character in the form of discipline and exemplary that is by processing the awareness of the whole Madrasa citizens. 2) Motivation of Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Performance of Administrative Personnel in the attitude that is always responsive from the Head of Madrasah to the subordinates by giving encouragement, guidance, direction, training, and appreciation for work performance. 3) Inhibiting Factors of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Administrative Staff Performance and how to overcome them are in discipline and orderliness in work. In overcoming Madrasah heads by enforcing exemplary attitudes for all Madrasah citizens.

Abstract

Lingkungan lembaga pendidikan pada dekade terakhir ini dihadapkan pada berbagai perubahan, gejolak dan kemajuan yang sering kali sulit diprediksi baik karena pergolakan maupun karena ketidakpastian yang dialami, untuk itu diperlukan antisipasi dini terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Tujuan penelititan ini menganilisis bagaimana menghadapi perubahan dan ketidakpastian lingkungan lembaga pendidikan mau tidak mau (inevitable) harus melakukan tiga hal sebagai berikut: 1) Berfikir strategis yang tidak pernah dilakukan sebelumnya, 2) Menerjemahkan inputnya untuk strategi yang efektif guna menanggulangi lingkungannya yang telah berubah, 3) Mengembangkan alasan yang diperlukan untuk meletakan landasan bagi pemakaian dan pelaksanaan strateginya. Sehingga memunculkan pertanyaan penelitian bagaimana pengenalan lingkungan strategik, telaah lingkungan strategik, tujuan dan peran telaah lingkungan strategik, model analisis lingkungan strategik di wilayah pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menejelaskan Analisa TOWS Matrix lebih memastikan kita dapat memperhitungkan dan memanfaatkan dengan baik setiap peluang di luar untuk peningkatan bisnis. Di saat bersamaan kita juga dapat mengetahui dan memanfaatkan potensi internal. Dengan menganalisa eksternal tersebut (TOWS Matrix) kita juga mampu mengantisipasi tantangan dari setiap perubahan eksternal, bahkan mengubahnya (tantangan) menjadi peluang baru

Abstract

Scientific disruptions today, or appearing on the surface in a wide variety of scientific integration projects known as Islamization of science, integralization of science, or interconnections create complex problems with the many ideas of integrative education through transformative prophetic education. Various phenomena of the problem then there are two things that become important points that we can make the lens to see the phenomenon of illness of education today. Firstly, Education has no soul in question in education here about re-presenting the mission of religious prophetic values ​​to be presented to the public sphere. Secondly, the existence of human model as role model (uswatun hasanah). In education, especially character education that has become an agreement decision making education of Indonesia must display the human figure in the role model or model that must be imitated as according to the output of character education itself. But it aims to describe the implementation of integration of Islamic education in Islamic educational institutions from the perspective of integration between educational institutions, family and community and prophetic-based with transformative values. This research yields One offer of thinking about alternative education which is expected to reduce deadlock in developing integrative education with standard and figure of really strong and irrefutable model that is Prophet Muhammad Saw and return to activity, feeling, thinking in interpreting Al- Quran and Sunnah.

Abstract

In view of Islamic law Ethereum as a digital asset that is traded in cyberspace.The value of cryptocurrency surges and fluctuates, it is influenced by buying and selling demand. Indodax exchange is an official digital asset site in Indonesia that trades more than 40 digital currencies.The purpose of this study is to analyze whether cryptocurrency is worthy of value as money having a certain value, and also seen from the Indonesian government through Bank Indonesia has issued regulation No. 16/8/PBI/2014, which explicitly prohibits the use of bitcoin, Ethereum and altcoin for use in financial transactions in cash. So that raises research questions how the cryptocurrency law in the form of coin ethereum in Islamic law. The results of this study explain ethereum has advantages and disadvantages. Among its advantages is that users can use exchanges or transactions without a third service (bank), and can be traded at merchandise stores.However, ethereum losses are more frequent, such as fluctuating values each time, not listed as commodities, not watched by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), they present elements of gharar (uncertainty) and maysir (gambling) or (betting), which are used for money laundering and purchase of illegal drugs.
