Abstract

Resignation (tawakkal) means surrendering all affairs only to God and believe everything that happens has been appointed since the time of Azali. However. attitude of resignation can not simply be interpreted as act of submission to God's dealings with businesses annulled. In this article, the author tries to explore the attitude of resignation that is not solely based on a passive stance (not doing anything) into the meaning of resignation is active through the study were taken from the point of view of some scholars'. positive resignation (active) in this article does not mean not recognize the omnipotence of God. Positive resignation still acknowledge the intervention of God in all his success, but only make a positive resignation attitude surrendered (resignation) as an entity of its business. To know about the concept of active resignation in this article, the resignation was discussed in section Tawhid and resignation; a signification, Depth resignation, barrier resignation, and Active resignation; Applicable Tauhid expression, which later would give a conclusion after trying, one must surrender to God about the outcome, because "results" are Lord region.

Abstract

Modernization in the field of education is the most important part of social, economic, politic law, and aqeedah. That is, to build a modern society order, education is a very important aspect as a medium for the transformation of cultural values and knowledge. As stated by Belling and Toten that education is an instrument in modernization that is easier than modernization in the form of capital to buy technology. Education will encourage the development of intelligence and cultural products of society. The opinion of Belling and Toten clearly implies that investment in human resources through education will be more promising than in the form of capital to buy technology.

Abstract

For Muslims, the Qur’an is the instruction to meet the needs of absolute life. Rasululullah Sunnah (one of them) serves to explain the content of the Qur’an. There are many verses in the Qur’an and the hadith of the Prophet which encourage people to diligently work (including economic activity) and forbids people to become slacker (Zuhri, 1996: 1). But not every economic activity is justified by the Qur’an, one of them as usury for harming opponents and benefit themselves (alRazi, t.t .: VII: 85).

Abstract

The territorial of Islamic dominion was become worth to be struggled in the past era of Islamic development. This circumstance divided the territorial of Islamic dominion in to dâr al-Islâm and dâr al-Harb. This divide has conceptualized a new Islamic exclusive school who has assumed that the infidels who have been in the non Islamic territorial could be battled. They think that every infidels look Moslems away and wish to battle them, even contrary, in the actually. This Islamic exclusive school also think that the governance must be led by Moslem and there is no chance for infidel to be a leader in all aspects of Islamic territorial government. The infidels always and still in the second class. Whatever, this classical thinking still alive in the mind (paradigm) of the present fiqh's scholars. If we remind to the Charter of Madinah, we can find that our prophet Muhammad never sub-ordinated the infidel. He made a charter where every Madinah's society had to obey the rules, there is no different between Moslem or infidel. In this contemporary time, where the system of territorial become a state, the sub-ordination to the infidel should be pushed away. The territorial today is stated by escaping the difference status between Moslem and infidel, because they have the same position and right to develop the state and live besides each other.
